Does extreme evo boost/z-celebrate/conversion/happy hour/congratulate/etc boost accuracy and evasion as well as the core stats?

I was just using evoboost as an example people would know/be able to check more easily. Didnt know about the move requirement, interesting.
I ask because the only other thing I can think of that says raises all stats is ancientpower/silver wind/ghost ancientpower and they dont do evasion/acc, but things that raise a random stat like moody/acupressure can. I think z-conversion porygon z will be a really solid mon, but I want to know if it can get some sleazy evasions in there as well.

So after editing my savegame in pkhex and then proceeding to restore the edited save via jksavemanager, The only message I get is "No SD card could be found, please restart the game"
Restoring the original save doesnt work, but im sure the SD works as I wouldnt be able to run cfw otherwise.
Can someone help??

The SD card cage in my 3DS got loose over time, so i strapped 3-5 layers of this very thin, transparent ducttape on the SD card/micro SD adapter and my 3DS finally recognised the SD card again. Maybe that is your problem too.

So I need some help to clear some stuff up,
1. You can get every Alola-dex pokemon, except starters(?) and legendaries, naturally in the wild with its hidden ability by chaining calls for help.
2. You can scan QR codes or "island scan"(?) for every(?) other national-dex pokemon, except legendaries, to temporarily encounter them in the wild. By calling for help you can also find their hidden abilities.
3. You can catch them all with apricorn balls (not dream balls or cherish balls)
4. You can inherit the balls anyhow because even males pass them down, but only when they breed with ditto.
