Teacher Emily is the closest I've come to dying in this game. Kahunas aren't that big of a deal but all totems after the first have a decent shot of killing you depending on your team comp. Mimikyu is probably the roughest I've seen so far.

that's good to know. to be honest, the hardest part of any pokemon game, in general, is the beginning. way too few pokemon to use, especially against a pokemon with a godly defensive typing like magnemite.

Well, my english is shit, so I have no idea how I would localize Lillie's "soft" ojou-sama personality for the west.
I didn't but I hear people that played the game in both languages tend to prefer japanese Lillie, though. Since she seems to have more contact with Gladios and feels more affectionate for the main character.
But I have no idea if that's how really is, since she seems to act normally with any character. I doubt westerners are missing anything about the story or the character's personality.

Jesus Christ, Gamefreak seems to be in top form for Sun and Moon. This is probably the darkest the series has gotten yet. Definitely darker than the Gamecube games, and they might even be darker than the fucking PMD games.

surprisingly many mons are really usable in OU which we didn't expect
mimkyu is great to stop sweepers and offense cold, or to sweep itself against slower teams
bewear straight up walls a lot of mons and packs a good punch
AV mudsdale hits really hard and tanks a ton
minior is a monster
golisopod is kinda hit and miss depending on the game, but the +2 stab fake out priority is incredibly useful
tapus are good
