The zones could even start at 61-70 honestly since that's the level most trainers are just before the tree, then Zone 5 could just be entirely level 100 teams for those who really want to grind

Yes, catch a legendary, Tapu Koko might be best since he's a strong sweeper. You can farm BP with an un-EV trained Tapu and some in-game mons.

After 20 wins in singles you'll have 50 bp, I got there using Nihilego, Bewear, and Mimikyu pretty easily.

Cosmog/Solgaleo/Lunala is in fact an Ultra-Beast, but because he has lived in the main world for so long he has adapted and thus regular balls work on him/her just fine
