I never got this. Why are people mad about it? Routes like those are just there for atmosphere, what's the problem with that?

They always have buildings you can't enter though. That's not "new", that's been a constant throughout the series.
The power plant was a problem because there were doors that we could never enter and it looked like a big wide area to explore. These are just single/double-room houses.

Hold select when booting Luma to open up the config menu, turn on "Enable region/language emu. and ext. .code" and press start

Place it in SD:/hans/
Start up the homebrew menu and open HANS, open Pokemon through it.

Not being cucked, but here's a dom Chicken.
It makes me sad that this guy is the most poorly-written villain in the series except maybe RSE Archie and Maxie.
A villain whose goal was to purge the people he considered unproductive leeches on society could've been great; plenty of real life shootings and genocides have happened because of that goal and if he had asked the player innocent questions at first about whether certain people deserve help or not and then taken them to their logical conclusions the game could have been pretty interesting morality-wise.
Too bad gamefreak had no idea what to do with him.
