Some people I see online have different motions.

Is there any major reason to choose to battle either Red or Blue over the other? Which one is more challenging? I'm referring to the battle outside the Tree where they use 6 Pokemon.

I know you get Mega Stones for beating Red, but is that only when you beat him in the Tree, or does the match outside count? I know you can face both inside the tree, but do you only get one chance to battle one with their full team?
