It just bothers me knowing that by the time it finally evolves it will have leveled past the point it could've learned its best attacks.

I know there's move re-learner but with the heart scales it feels like a chore

I was under the impression this fucker evolves at like 35, now I feel like I need to get another Charjabug.

It's a mistake and always will be a mistake. Nothing more.

If you try to put it in the Bank it will likely be rejected. They're likely working on preventing these glitches (and stuff like the Lv 120+ Pokemon too probably) from passing over.

Despite Missingo being a fairly popular thing among fans Gamefreak has never really acknowledged it (or any other glitch for that matter) in any game. Although it turning into some kind of new glitch pokemon or something would be pretty cool, I think it's safe to say they just aren't gonna let it through the bank

In Gen III, Team Magma and Aqua's plans were stupid.
In ORAS, Team Magma's goals actually made sense and in the real world would get a lot of support. Expand the landmass for the benefit of humanity and development. It was the way that they were going to achieve said goal that was a bit iffy. At least Tabitha tried to warn Maxie it wouldn't work based on his research.
Team Aqua's goals on the other hand remain stupid in both. How the fuck is raising the sea level going to help Pokemon? It sure as hell won't help land Pokemon, since they'll drown and lose their habitat, and it won't help Sea Pokemon at all since the world is 70% water already and they have plenty of room.
