They have 100% accuracy in my experience, regardless of move. However, the Z-move can and will miss against flying and underground targets, as well as protect (citation needed on that last bit). When a Z-Move misses, your once per battle use is wasted.
as far as sheer cold, I'd just imagine it didn't work with Z-moves, or it'd be at 200bp z damage.

I have a friend who works in a produce department that gets all kinds of obscure fruits. She said that it had a sweet mild flavor, like a halo orange. It has a similar texture at least, mangosteens do the fruit juice packet thing that oranges and grapefruit do.

Adamant shell smash. It's already fast enough that it doesn't need Jolly. Weakness policy is nice in theory but if you don't get hit by a SE move acrobatics is useless and fishing for SE moves is dangerous as fuck.
