Question.

My GF just recieved a physical copy of Moon, and X along with an N3Ds for christmas. She has X digital already, but the 3DS system Transfer won't migrate the data.

Is there any way to transfer the digital version save data to the new 3DS? I'd imagine many of you have run into this problem. Any help would be appreciated.

How I stop being salty over competitive?

I could lose with no problems up to gen 5. In fact, I laughed at all the bullshit that went on that gen, such as Dragon Gem Draco Meteor Latios OHKOing anything that wasn't steel type, Tyranitar or didn't Protect that turn. But it was fun because the large amount of bullshit for almost all pokemon would let even my bro Ninetales to be a key team player.

But since gen 6 I've been getting salty... not sure why. Maybe it was megas and Sylveon allowing "unskilled" strategies to raise on top. Maybe it was Aegislash turning prediction into blind guessing, or Talonflame saving any scrub from a sweep.

Gen 7 didn't really change that, except that instead of Draco Meteors, we have Z-Moves bypassing Protects and fields which you can't control as easily as weather.

Am I getting too old for this? Am I turning into a grumpy old person who hates changes? Or did competitive really go to shit?

ITT pick an unused type combination and come up with an idea for it. I know the image is out of date, it's all I could find.

Grass/Fire: Forest fire pokemon, a smoldering tree (possibly a form of Phantump/Trevenant). Unique ability gives grass-type attacking moves a chance to burn, similar to poison touch.
