Why won't Game Freak tell Genius Sonority to make another Colosseum Game? I mean they still work with the Pokémon Company (Shuffle) and would be a great way to make a game focused more heavily on the older fans

I'm currently working on a romhack of XY. Nothing major, I'm not changing the story any (I actually haven't played XY yet so I don't want to change anything), just tweaking the Pokemon and some moves. Trying to balance out a lot of the weaker mons so that they're more viable to use later on, early route mons like your pidgeys, Ratattas, Caterpies, and all their generational clones. I'm changing a few Pokemon types, and tweaking a few of the moves as well. What I'm looking for is input. Like, what would you do, what would you change? This is a "xxx should be xxx type", "xxx move should have xxxbp/accuracy" thread. Toss me ideas, if I like em, I'll use em.

Welcome to the /vp/ Monotype Threads!

Here we hold a Monotype tournament where you compete to be a gym leader and represent your favourite type in Pokemon Sun and Moon!

We are in the early stages of development for the upcoming tournament that will be held into the new year, starting on the 7th of January.
Rules and format are open to discussion at this point but the general rule set is 3v3 best 2 out of 3 using flat rules. More specifics can be found here: http://pastebin.com/FyAPPcCz (subject to change)

Plenty of people will be breeding or injecting, so don't be afraid to ask for help with your team building!
