Why do people still play Pokemon? I guess I can get playing Pokemon if you're around seven, but if you're over 14, it's just disgusting. You're a grown up, grow up. Work, read, discuss politics, do literally anything else. Don't do childish shit. Like, what are you, five?
I used to play Pokemon as well… back in the late 90's, but now I'm in my thirties and have grown out of that phase. I know some people who still play Pokemon in their forties and fifties. I find those people cringy. Like holy shit, grow the fuck up. Do you even have a job?
Also, Pokemon is so last decade. It is 2017, not 1999. Those who play Pokemon should just stop. Like, stop and get off of your ass and do something productive.

Why is Toxapex regarded so highly when Gastrodon exists? Despite Gastrodon's DEF/SDF stat being not as high as Toxapex's, it doesn't suffer from common weaknesses. Even with a Bold max Def Toxapex, if it gets hit by an Earth Quake, it loses roughly 1/3-1/2 of it's HP. If it gets hit by Psychic, Electric or a non-physical ground move it's basically just dead.
Gastrodon on the other hand doesn't suffer from common weaknesses and only can be one-shot by a grass-type move which is rarely on many competitive mon's movesets. Can tank an EQ and is immune to electric on switch in AND is immune to water which boosts it's spatk.
So why is Toxapex thought of as so broken or good when other mons existed and performed the job better?

Compared to Pokemon like Pidgeot, Swellow, Staraptor, Fearow, Farfetch'd, Dodrio, and Noctowl.
The color scheme really helps. It helps that it's not mostly brown or brownish.
