It's supposed to be an oni, which are often depicted wearing tiger-skin clothing. Hence why Electabuzz looks like a tiger. And the antennae are meant to resemble the oni's horns.
If anything, Electivire's design is based more around Elekid's than Electabuzz's. You could remove Electabuzz and have Elekid evolve directly into Electivire and no one would question it.

I feel I should hate Incineroar for being an animated fursuit instead of a tiger. However, I find it's fire belt a unqie design motif for a fire type. And the fact that it's an enhancment of Torracat's flame bell(my favorite part of that design). Its animations also make it very expressive which makes this "mixed bag" of a design slightly more tolerable.

On the one hand Desmume runs fairly slowly, on the other hand Nos$gba also for lack of a better term "hickups" as well as creating static, and has shit settings

Turn on the Dynamic Recompiler in Emulation Settings. Consider turning off fog in 3D settings. Turning off sound can speed things up, but I don't know how much that will help.

In G/S/C and HG/SS, I always make the Eevee you get from Bill into an Espeon. Rips through Team Rockets Poison types like they're nothing and is pretty cute as well.
Though Espy isn't my favorite Eevee, it's always a helpful addition when I play through Johto.

I'm a newbie to Gen VII, and I have a question; Is there any way to scroll past the Pokebeans that appear normally when you press the Pokebean button in Pokemon Refresh? Pressing the Pokebean button again results in the Pokebeans tucking themselves away, and trying to click and drag just gives me the Pokebean that I clicked. There's no manual for the copy of Pokemon Moon I got, even though I got it new.
...Help?
