Purpose: I like the idea of combo moves like Mind Reader+Dynamic Punch but they were really never good outside of gimmicks. My idea was to try and take that idea and buff it so that it's still a gimmick, but at least usable in certain niches and tiers.

Delphox usually runs fire-blast and even flame thrower is better than stock MF.
Mismagius never runs fire type moves.
