No it's not. Joe fucked up again with his copy/pasting.
Spectral Thief was the name of the last one. That's why waiting until later instead of giving it to us for the TCG was shit - the last competition was the Marshadow competition and only Japan and cheaters got to play it properly.
Since they still had Ash Hat Pikachu for the movie Marshadow appearing in this set should've seen it be the event for it rather than a useless Salazzle.

We know 90% pluse, minun, and jynx will get megas because of tradmark data. They might save those for gen 8 if they are called plus and minus since the gamefreak office in sm hints at a hot and cold theme
