Hey /vp/, got a really weird request for you guys. I'm looking to get a hidden ability Qwilfish (i actually love this little guy), but it's not exactly easy to get. See, I want Intimidate on the set, but the only way I know of to get it is from the Dream World in Black and White (and injecting I guess) but you can't really... do dream world shit anymore? So I was wondering if anybody could inject or trade me one. Not really sure what I could offer and I don't need IVs or anything because I wanna breed for my own one, but I need the HA to get started. Thanks friends

Yeah, the ability is all I need. I've been wanting to use the set for a long time but I never got my hands on Intimidate and that's like one of the two things that makes it usable.

Why not just give it an extra 30 BST to make it a pseudo? If not then it's way too powerful according to GameFreak's balancing (see Archeops with 567 BST)

An Ice type Entry Hazard that lowers accuracy of opponents switching in by 1, 2 if the opponent is Fire, Fighting, Steel or Rock, and not at all if the opponent is Flying, Ice or has Levitate or Air Balloon.
Black Ice is learned by every Ice type and exclusively them, no Stealth Rock or Ice Beam distribution shenanigans here.

I'd love more of those. Pokémon whould don't actually gain any BST when they evolve. It would open up a lot of possibilities for old pokémon that already have high BSTs.
I think you need to justify it though. Scizor is massively different from Scyther, so the same-but-redistributed stats make sense.

I really think a Mega will benefit it the most; you really can't use it's current BST effectively without making it frail as shit

No, the concept was forcing Pikachu to evolve with a stone. When pokemon evolve naturally it's because they choose to, stone evolution is forced by the trainer. That's why Ash wanted to let Pikachu decide.
