Not really, it's been totally speed creeped. Gen 4 was a long time ago, power creep has definitely taken its toll. It gets one-shot by HP ice on Tapu Koko, plus with scarf wars going on it's basically guaranteed to be outsped. Still, I guess it can hold a choice scarf itself, so it might be an issue. Give it another gen or two at the current rate of power creep and it'll be irrelevant enough to drop to OU without issue or high usage.
