This is a pointless discussion because Red is the only protagonist who will reappear in the series. Although the BW protagonist would have a Unova dragon (probably Zekrom since N has Reshiram in Pokemon Generations and it's design fits him better). And then the BW2 protagonist would have the opposite dragon because N gave them the Dark/Light Stone.
