Yeah another Collo/XD like game would be nice.
Would be a real shame if they brought main series, tho. Pokemon games are meant to be on handhelds and it would feel wrong.

New game is currently in conceptualization stage.
The team will be taking a research trip to Australia, visiting some main cities and several spots.
Won't be announced until 2019, and release will be in 2020
Temporarily named Pokemon Ultra
Ultra Beasts as the game's "legendaries"
Story is similar to SM in regards of Ultra Beasts, but has a dedicated evil team that searches and uses UBs to dominate Pokemon League.
Evil team's name is unknown at this point, temporarily named as Rocket Team.
Champion is a Aboriginal Elder
He is involved in the story, protecting the UBs from exploitation.
Planned to have two teams, one for regular pokemon and one for UBs
Team UBs are used to test the player's strength to battle the final UB.
Final UB is the largest entity to be discovered and sleeps in the center of Australia.
Final UB is under control by "Team Rocket", must be battled with.
The region features stories about UBs serving as Dreamtime mythological creatures and stories.
New UBs for these games.
All old pokemon in this new region have their own regional forms.
Evolutions of specific old pokemon are considered. Notable one includes Komala.
Region Location unknown, may be only be one part or as whole continent. Most likely to be one part.
The region's theme is mix of future/modern and old/rustic.

Don't care about the difficulty
Postgame it depends, if it's something nice like the Black Tower (shiny gible), then that would kind of nice, but if it's just stuff like the frontier (medals) I don't care. I would hope that instead of just cutting the game in half they would just make the plaza or whatever it is next time more like join avenue.

Yeah, pretty much. More things I enjoy makes me feel happy. I enjoyed SM and will probably get the next ones. I don't feel as excited for remakes/sequels as I do new gens (I love new Pokemon being introduced) but they give me a lot of satisfaction as well.
