and it would make more sense to capture Articuno vs training Blastoise, but I'd rather have a balanced team early in the game.

First time i learned about the HG Sim was on this board.
It was a game with all gym leaders up to gen VI, 48 tributes and low death rate. A mod killed the thread near the end of it while the tribute i was rooting for was still alive. Unforgivable.
I didn't save any images either, so it's like it never happened.

Water and Electric. Water is good against pretty much everything and Electric takes care of opposing Water-types. Then I just tend to pick and choose based on the region itself.

ghost, it hits everything neutrally, is full of glass cannons, and its only immunity goes to a type full of shit mons, and its only resist is dark. offensively ghost type is about as good as it gets.

I like both honestly.

Some Pokemon got shafted in 3D though.

Gen 5 sprites were GOAT. They should have used them for a few more gens.

Gen 4 had better sprites though. The stretching & tweening in Gen 5 looked horrendous, save for a few mons that had multiple frames.
