Glorious Evolution edition.
Hello and welcome to 'How to be a BETTER Support' with Vel'koz. I'm Vel'koz.
Today we will be discussing one of the BEST support items in the game. I am of course referring to
The Zeke's is a fantastic item with a fantastic active that compliments every support champion in the game and nearly every team composition. Unless the enemy literally lacks a single CC move it will always have a use in match. It does however build much more easily into particular champions more so then others.
The "Supporty" supports are the most prominent candidates. Champs that are more about back line skill usable that empowers the team or sustains them. Such as Nami, soraka, sona, ect. They can be built with full AP in mind but these picks tend to depend on mana which the Zeke's is in no short supply of. The CDR helps with skills and the active obviously is a life saver if you lack the kit to directly prevent those CC moves from hitting.
Tanky or off AP carry supports tend to skip this item as it offers no direct offensive and low defensive stats still it is worth considering if the enemy team has a strong pick comp or your carries lack escapes.
Remember that the active will not only remove CC but also grant a small heal. So even if your adc is not rooted you may want to use it to edge out a lead in a skirmish. It is however on a 180 CD so think carefully about its expenditure.
Join us next time on 'How to be a BETTER Support' with Vel'koz. I'm Vel'koz.
>Nasus' and Renektion's ults are the same
ncie game lolfetuses
>Not using him mid
They are brothers you know?
Because this question keeps getting asked:
>None of the Lunar Revel skins this year are legacy
>Firecracker Jinx will be on sale for 975 RP for two (2) more days, ending on February 16th
>Dragonblade Riven (1350 RP) and Warring Kingdoms Tryndamere (975 RP) ARE Legacy and are available until February 26th
which champion do you think needs a visual update the most?
>riot will never undo the nerfs to vision and revert the re-spawn timer on jungle camps
man fuck these guys
- How can i carry my team against all odds?
- Vayne or Lee Sin? Can they carry on their own? Which one is better for 1v5?
What is the best 1v5 champ?
I actually ended up finding a sniper rifle and killing the megarobo socrpion with nothing but armor piercing rounds, was bad ass. dead money is a LOT of point A to point B. but with the added benefit that it's basically a fucking labrynth. Started big empty it at like lvl 17 or something and got to like lvl 27 by the time I was finished.'
it wasn't the combat so much as the walking that sucked.
>Leblanc died twice in 3 minutes
YEAH RIOT EXPECT ME TO BE FRIENDLY AND POLITE TO THESE DOWN SYNDROME CUNTS
>another plat promo lost
hm guess im just not good enough at picking the right 5 games.
the promos totally fullfilled their purpose though, iw as hype as fuck and it felt exciting just like a bo5 in some tournament. it was hella f*cking epic.
when my teammates were worse than theirs that was so exciting. it was really fun and anti toxic.
Reminder to max pool on Vlad second for sick cooldown reduction and many outplays.
Reminder to max W first on Varus for max % health damage.
Reminder that im the same guy who literally revolutionized the ghostblade meta and brought the double memebook into the scene.
make ult instant and have range
give terror Capacitor an actual shield value
let his needle do the thing withou the gas cloud
or make the gas cloud fucking usable.i.e. duration AoE buffs
10% crit for 800g, or 20% attack speed, 10% crit, and 5% movement speed for 1100g? Avarice Blade isn't cost effective and the gold generation isn't worth it, even if you're winning lane. You want to have the power of Zeal over the small gold income of Avarice Blade.
>Reminder to max W first on Varus for max % health damage.
I should get Runaan's too right
to apply blight stacks to multiple targets?
and black cleaver and wit's end
ON-HIT VARUS fuck yeah
fits into any team comp
>everyone constantly fighting for cs
>casually sit back while €€€€ pours into your account
>can still buy a 1000 gold item at level 1
>when you have full build you can Max it out for fast elixirs and speed boosts
If there's a downside I haven't noticed it
Supports get the support items because they're not going to get gold anyway, the support items build into strong items, and they give more than just the gold generation (to which Avarice really doesn't, the crit is tiny). For a similar price to Avarice, Nomad's Medallion offers 25% health and mana regeneration, 10% movement speed, a bit of sustain, and more gold if you're in a creep wave (and you should be more often than not). Couple that with the support not needing to buy big and expensive items and the investment more than pays off.
Avarice is shit on its own and should never be rushed. The lack of combat stats in a lane where you need combat stats to at least go even (or if you're ahead, to get further ahead) is far too much of a detriment. The only champions I could see rushing Shiv or Youmuu's would be far, far better served rushing the Zeal or Brutalizer. Far more power. The tiny gold gain from Avarice will not outweigh the potential gold from a kill or bullying the enemy laner. You also won't start with it nor sit on it for a long time like supports do.
god i hate fucking promos to the next tier so much. so fucking much. i dont give a fuck abotu anything else, i failed my promo to gold I 4-5 times i think without really noticing.
but these fucking 5 random ass games, so much pressure for no reason. such unreasonable winrate expectations for absolutely no reason.
i dont even want to play anymore after failing it twice. and if i had won it i'd just be playing random shit for fun as usual.
this system is fucking broken and does shit to people with ABSOLUTELY NO UPSIDES.
>Haha, let's give them all adcs in nemesis and we build thornmails on the whole team, such an outplay
It's solo queue.
I've seen sillier things happen.
Also Riven isn't even that bad against Gnar.
>Gnar tries to poke with his negative attack range
>Riven dashes towards him
>Riven uses her other three dashes
>Gnar is now at half health
Not that difficult to figure out, especially if your jungler helps you out.
If you had 800 gold on your first back would you get an avarice blade, wait around for pickaxe, cloak of many crits, boots and dorans/longsword?
Not sarcasm, genuinely curious. Let's say you're planning on building yomuus/shiv anyway
The numbers are such to where you can have a win rate between 50-60% and never win your promo series. At that point you just have to hope that your MMR is high enough to skip promos.
what went wrong?
>mfw I just now realized my music got picked up by fraps
oh well, it's not very shitty music, so I'm sure no one will complain
I know that feel anon.
>Be on really good win streak
>Get to promos
>Team mates shit the bed continuously
>Lose all the games
>Win two more to get back into promos
>This happens for like 15 games
Zeal is a stronger item if you can afford it.
Thanks! Great insight anon!
When pro's buy Avarice it's usually to get a good back timing & when they aren't able to afford a superior item but need to spend their gold anyway(again, without compromising back timing)
It's also acceptable in more passive lanes where you don't anticipate being punished for picking it up.
Key to all this is you obviously don't rush it. You make a decision based off of in game factors.
SOMETIMES it's the correct decision
If I had 800 gold on my first back, it depends on what champion I am and what I'm building. I'm building Youmuu's? I'll get a Longsword or two and some health pots/a ward. I'm building Shiv? I'll build the Brawler's and pick up a ward and a few pots. It's unlikely I'll back for the first time with just 800g, but I wouldn't blow it all on Avarice. Especially if I don't have any pots or wards.
Avarice isn't cost effective in any way. It isn't nearly as good as it seems, and the gold generation is very tiny for what it really is. It's not like GP or TF or Ashe where the gold will stack up over the course of the game, neither Shiv nor Ghostblade retain the gold generation passive so it will stop generating gold quickly as you should finish the item quickly for the power spike. Never, ever leave the base without at least one ward and a few health pots unless you have a lot of sustain. Again, you may invest some gold into it, but the amount of potential gold you gain from being safer and healthier outweighs the gold you spent.
do you riven mains think that would happen against a halfway decent gnar in mini form?
>riven goes in to cs
>take auto harass up the ass
>riven decides to go trade
>gets slowed by le balanced boomerang of permaslow
>gnar jumps away
>riven blows her cds trying to reach him
>gnar harasses her up the ass with his autos while all her shit is on cd
now if you go in on gnar while hes in mega form pre-6 you'll outtrade him no matter what
Building Avarice means that's 800g away from the far superior Zeal or Brutalizer, which is a massive chunk. Going back with 800g means you're 300g/537g away from Zeal/Brutalizer, which is definitely not ideal, but is far better than 1100g/1337g. Especially since you can also spend a bit of that gold on pots and a ward or two.
If you have to back at 800g I assume you were forced back and didn't want to leave, so you're probably going to be behind when you get back. You don't want to be further behind by investing in the 10% crit and the terrible gold generation of the item. You gain 3 gold per 10 seconds, and 2 extra gold per unit - or 12 gold per normal wave, 14 gold per siege minion wave. While that might add up if you pick it up VERY early and SIT ON IT, it will NOT add up fast enough for it to be worth the investment, since you lack sustain, vision, and definitely trading power.
The 10% crit is worth 500g. In order to make up the 300g that it lacks in efficiency, you need to kill 150 minions, wait 1000 seconds (or over 16 minutes), or a mixture of the two. That's ridiculously bad.
I never thought someone who paid a 6/10 asian $40,000 to be his girlfriend would talk shit about another person
But then again he is a guy who paid $40,000 for a girl to be his girlfriend so I'm not surprised.
daily reminder that without Riot's retarded control of the scene we could have this trashtalk every tournament
upvote for all three of you, good pints you bring up
>I had completely forgotten zekes existed until just now
Play the game, get level 30 and then ask again.
Really the grind is shit and being a noob is even worse. Actually the only way I have fun with the game is playing with competent players on both sides.
Would Garen be viable if his ult did this instead?
>nice game dotards
Besides opportunity cost of Avarice is terrible.
Just from today and yesterday I have these classical examples
>Graves buys Pickaxe and Avarice instead of BF sword for "muh gold"
>Misses out 2 kills by less than 100 hp and later dies to their now fed AD
In the end he got like 350g out of it before he upgraded which doesn't even cover the kill gold, not to mention us dying and losing preasure and CS out of that. Together with this if you ever miss a CS because you didn't buy BF or Pickaxe instead of Avarice e.g. missed by <25 hp then that gold needs to be subtracted from Avarice gains pushing back the pay off of getting it even further.
Similar case happened today where I was playing Leona with Ashe, we hit lvl 2, I all in and Ashe Vollies, there was no slow in it which meant I had to take the kill and die in the process.
Ashe traded clean first blood for what must have been something like ~20 CS worth of bonus gold.
It's much like real life money, you have 800 in cash, you could put it in the bank and cash out 1200 after 10 years or you could actually buy meaningful stocks with it and get 2k instead.
Avarice and GP10 runes and masteries are all bait in the sense that they never actually pay back because had you got stats instead you would have earned more gold out of them.
The exception to this is naturally when you are building an item that requires Avarice as it's component next on your build and can't for one reason or another buy the other components or the full item in one shot (bad base timing, out of inventory slots etc. etc.)
>the only way I have fun with the game is playing with competent players on both sides.
I want there to be a game mode where two players come down from a higher rank and take kids to town. An official pub stomp
Lower your music's volume so that it's roughly the same or quieter than the game. There are a number of audio cues that you need to listen for, some of them being champion abilities, that you can hear before you can see. Plus it helps because pings will be much easier to hear so you can quickly glance at the mini map.
Ultimately, get to level 30 and broaden your champion pool. Work on BASIC mechanics like last hitting, trying to trade efficiently, and warding properly (and not excessively). Look up guides on lolking and solomid for champions you're interested in until you understand which items are good on what champion and why.
Save all of your IP until level 20 when you get access to tier 3 runes. I don't know what level you are, but you will run dry building generic rune pages like:
AD: 9 AD reds, 9 flat Armour yellows, 9 flat Magic Resist blues, 3 AD Quints
AP: 9 Magic Pen reds, 9 flat Armour yellows, 9 flat MR blues, 3 AP quints
Once you have those pages, start building more specialized rune pages, with things like armour penetration, hybrid penetration, ability power blues, etc.
If you use Reaper's Scythe on an enemy and he dies before the actual damage is done Necro still gets the kill.
AKA if you know how to use it there is no way to prevent the increased death timer/buyback prevention.
dotards are so retarded they can't even kill someone when all you need to do is press a button on a 60% hp target so they give a window of time where if the target dies you get the kill anyway
Personally I think his shift to utility late game makes him really cool, so I think if instead of a a flat 15% damage redux on his passive if it had like 5% but could stack 5 times and could get refreshed from q or aa's that would be cool and really incentivize picking someone off after you ult in
Then what if we give him a taunt? Pic related, we could upgrade Garen's W to have a short ranged taunt.
>nice fucking game etc.
Yeah, fuck that ult. Use it on the biggest enemy threat and they're out of commission for years.
>how to turn the game into a 5v3
Basically if you ult an enemy and they die before the scythe executes them, Necrophos gets the kill. You can't steal his kill unless the Scythe didn't do enough damage to execute.
>Playing Nemesis Draft to begin with
You deserve it, it's a shitty game mode that does nothing to make things fun or interesting. The problem is worsened by the fact that a lot of League heroes are just as unfun to play as they are to play against.
>hear what the players are saying in picks or bans on brazilian scene
>everyone is talking english to communicate with the french dude
>"we should pick Kog Maw, it's good against their comp"
>"good against Ahri?"
>french guy: "just dodge her charm :^)"
Avarice and gold generation runes are a relic of a long gone era, back when a lot of people would build gold per 5 items (Philosopher's Stone, Heart of Gold, Kage's Lucky Pick, Avarice Blade with the first two being very common on tops/junglers/supports and the last two being uncommon). Now that they don't exist (besides Avarice Blade) and there are far, far better gold generation items for supports, the existence of Avarice Blade and the gold generation runes are pretty terrible. People still believe they're worth the investment when they are not. You need the defence of better runes (or movement speed, which is incredible), you need better items in investment.
If the choice is between buying an Avarice Blade or saving a bit more for Brutalizer/Zeal, save a bit more.
Not really understanding the changes they're making the Mordekaiser
If they want him to sit in a fight and do sustained damage and be tanky, sure, but isn't AP Bruiser itemization kinda garbage?
>>riot will never do an overgrowth game mode
>the lanes will never be full of trees and bushes
>riot will never have aggressive wandering spiders, bears, panthers, Hawks and dragons, buying items and leveling up as you do
>lane towers will never be overgrown and out of use
>victory would require tanking towers without any minions
Just stop healing them and they won't do it again. You're being an idiot for healing them in the first place, putting yourself and both of your teammates at risk. Don't put yourself to such a low level of HP just to keep people topped off.
Why do I never see people rush IE on Tryndamere? I've been doing it for 2 years and I win my lane 90% of the time. All the players I see rushing bork and ghostblade does shit damage and always ends up with horrible stats. Why do people build this when ghost+IE is better in every way?
is this an IDEAL asking price? I'm funding a tirp and since I no longer play League I'm deciding to hand over 3 years worth of work to someone else.
I'm done. I'm just done with yasuo. I played almost 20 games now and never won a single lane with him. Why is he doing zero fucking damage? Dashing around is doing nothing if the opponent has strong sustain or cc. I'm not faker, but this champ feels just like bullshit
Throw it when you think the auto will kill it. Sometimes it's a bit higher than you'd think. It just takes a bit of practice and you should be able to reliably get those last hits.
What are you doing?
1. Run atleast 4% crit in runes
2. Dont max E like Voyshit, max Q
3. Farm! Dont engage just farm your shiv
4. dont dash around IN the minionwave, you aggro them and you receive additional damage
5. E-Q combo ON the enemy for a 100% knockup chance.
Flat out crit is better early on, Shiv is better quickly and offers more pushing power and 1v1 potential. A vamp scepter into Shiv is often a strong investment. There's also going BotRK as well for more dueling and sustain, as well as more attack speed.
You're not an ADC with the luxury of range and a frontline to be able to get bigger, slower attacks off early. You need to be able to 1v1.
Yasuo's been nerfed pretty hard. He's still not bad, but don't play him if your team isn't loaded with knock ups and a tanky frontline already, especially if your jungler doesn't have any. You're supposed to dash into the enemy when they go in to last hit, Q them once or twice, and dash out to dodge their shit.
You actually have to outplay the enemy now, since they can just right click the fuck out of you.
the mode is the problem. You have no say in what champion you get to play
Most likely going to get a boring as fuck champion because that's the fucking point of the mode. You're also going to be playing against boring as fuck champs. Nobody can really perform or excel at any normal role you normally have in SR so everyone just does random things really suboptimally and nobody has any fun.
Every time you back your want to spend as much gold as possible in the best way possible. Gold not translated into items is meaningless.
Whenever a situations arises where you would pick up avarice you should already be assuming that a superior buy is not possible for whatever reason.
In these cases avarice MAY be a good item to pick on champions ( especially those that can not go long swords)
Once again, not being able to pick up anything with your gold is generally worse.
>AD and bonus on-hit damage which helps whittle down tanks, shred squishies and chunk healthy targets
>HP+MS drain active
>on a melee auto attack carry who can be easily kited and has low mobility
Rushing crit only works on marksmen, bro. Unlike them, melee champions actually need some method of surviving when getting assaulted by 90% of this game's ranged abilities, especially if they lack mobility. Also, attack speed synergizes well with Tryndamere because you get your free crit passive up faster and you'll get quicker access to stronger heals.
Incredibly so, but don't tell Riot that.
I can't stand it, and I've only played with friends. On paper I figured I might get some enjoyment out of it because I like a lot of unpopular heroes (Viktor, Soraka, Mordekaiser, etc) but the reality is throwing people into a mosh pit of heroes that are terrible and unfun to pilot in the hands of people that are bad at the game, lacking in knowledge of said heroes, or both is a recipe for disaster.
Dominion sucks too but at least Ascension was actually enjoyable.
>not loving her tenderly and helping get through her sister problems
post em and others try to guess your rank
aka 10 supports every single game and some massive pieces of shit
i was actually hyped for this because the same mode in dota is really fun
but then i remembered than in dota even the shitty heroes are fun to play and that people are a bit more original than just picking the enemy team 5 supports every game
>only one (1) free flash
have some 2hu loli
I'm guessing low plat
>blue ez mid
Windy china man is not a mage, you silly fucker. Assassins and fighters have a much different playstyle, if you're used to sitting in the back while chucking fireballs and lightning bolts like the pussy you are, it's difficult to transition into the more dangerous, rewarding roles.
Having one gap closer when you're completely based on melee auto attacks doesn't really count as a mobile champion. Other champions like Yi, Udyr, Nocturne, etc. all come with durability, movement speed steroids, hard CC and better ways to handle getting kited. Tryndamere is built for being an annoying pile of shit in lane, and all he's good for is splitpushing. Yes, he has a slow, but I can name so many more top laners that are better in every way. Even as a duelist, Tryndamere is shit when Jax and Fiora exist. And since top lane is home to all sorts of ranged cancer, have fun getting fucked.
yeah it's cool if they give you something fun like Alis but for my games it has been
so it has been a massive fucking chore so far because these champs really can't be played more than one way and they're all boring as fuck
>spend the morning at a two-seater starbucks table
>hope a qt boy will take the seat across from me
>go home 3 hours later
A-At least I have league of legends to look forward to
close enough, still climbing
Happy valentine's day /lolg/ this made my hands cry.
Yes I'm that silver.
What's wrong with health regen and faster wave clear? Do people usually go botrk?
>yfw you realize that the one reason tryndamere has ap scaling is so he can buy rageblade
you still can have "healthy" trash talk. But you'll be fined unless your on TSM.
dis nigga never had a gf. you always payin dude, just wait maybe one day you'll see
you see more of Regi than you do Hotshot. Seems like Regi is the one who needs the attention
It helps that DotA's supports actually do things
For real it's awful
>your shitty top laner bases after getting abused in lane and you get 2 waves worth of farm for free
the best part about this image is that the team that those complaining shitters have will murder a zed who tries to go in, as long as they pay attention and play properly. They have so much cc that a zed should literally just die every fight if he tries to go in.
You shouldn't be mindlessly autoattacking, you should be methodical with your autos on minions as tryndamere because with the crit chance passive it shouldn't take long for you to clear a wave anyways
more to the point pushing hard relentlessly is extra punishing on tryndamere because of his limited mobility
why would you get something that doesn't synergize with your kit at all? getting certain combat stats just because they're good combat stats for all champions doesn't mean there are more optimal choices, especially for tryndamere
Crit chance and attack speed are what you should be rushing, not extra waveclear and health regen.
We're all searching.
Something that makes us feel alive.
Something to connect us.
To give our lives meaning.
But sometimes when you're searching for something, the worst thing that can happen is you find it.
what is kayle's best position now?
thank you that's pretty much been what I've been looking forward to all year
Idk why they just cant make a new map. its cant be that fucking hard. make it like a capture the flag type mode....something, fuck anything but the shit theyve put out.
Everyone calling for urf mode. even that shit wasnt fun
Reddit parrot answer: "They're a small company that grew into something big basically overnight, they're doing the best they can, not to mention it's a F R E E game so you should be thankful they're doing anything at all"
Actual answer: "They're a small company who realized that they stumbled over a cash cow, with a playerbase large enough for them to basically do whatever they want as long as they keep pumping out skins and hyping eSports, since that's where the money is and it's the equivalent of bread and circuses for a mostly casual playerbase who isn't easily distracted by boring things like balance or lore."
I think it's the worst special mode so far
Rapid fire is the best
odd request but where can I find annie's spell effect textures? Namely the swirl when her stun is ready? I need it as a reference, but I'm not making some sort of work of art so the original texture would be better for copy+paste
For how much RP would you suck a dick?
I'm trying to figure out what's a decent RP to bj ratio.
Xth for Katarina
Happy Valentines Day /lolg/
Yeah. Glassdoor provided a helpful insight into why they can't get anything fucking done ever. Having thirty people unassociated with your project with the ability to nix it at any time not providing any guidance but coming in to judge your stuff at completely random times sounds fucking awful.
It's a miracle they've been able to get ANY content made.
>play some nemesis draft
>team bans some are good
>start thinking we have a chance
>they give them yorick
>they give me shyv
>proceed to get shit on and hug tower all game
man I want to like nemesis draft but its hard when your teammates are full blown retard
Liandries is fine on Rumble since you usually throw down the equalizer on a team to get their health shredding at the beginning, plus you have Rylai's for more damage via the slow
get a mask early but don't finish into sad mask of health burn until 5th or sixth item
Let's look at Valor's Reward
>sustain is great for melee supports
>but they're already building the relic shield line and sightstone is generally rushed
>health has diminishing returns past 2000 or so HP
>supports shouldn't have mana problems, and definitely not melee supports
>supports are generally underlevelled and thus get even less out of it
>2600g is better allocated towards randuins, aegis/locket, or mikaels
Let's look at the active
>GATTA GO FAST
>PLUS AOE SLOW
>except on a role with limited income chances are you've overspent on health rather than resistances
>literally throwing yourself into grouped enemies when you have low resistances and hoping that your team is right behind you and the enemy team blows all their cooldowns on a meat missile launched right at them
yeah when balls is against maokai or mundo or someone tanky especially when it's a 1v2 lane that gets switched back later and you don't have much gold to try to win lane with
luckily you're not balls
so you don't need it that early
>Meme mask of epic burning instead of Deathcap
You are not the main character of an anime
You are not the best player on your team most of the time either
Play as a team, that is how you win, you insufferable, childish and arrogant prick
it speeds up the team too, why wouldn't they be behind you, or in front of you? That's like saying sivir's ult is bad because an adc shouldn't engage
also nearly every character gets about 2000 HP eventually, so are all items with health bad? Should I swap out my randiun's late game, you retard?
Fuck off Wickd. Your build is shit and your team should have dropped you instead of Tabbz.
the whole community follows the meta and the meta is known to make mistakes, learn from them, and adapt. i'm merely telling you in advance that sad mask is a terrible item not worth the gold and the passive is shit, it's a matter of time until everyone will understand my wisdom.
Russians cant succeed in the EULCS because they cant live in Germany. They have to travel 4-5 days every week which means they cant practice enough and eventually become shit. Alex is trying to go through NA challenger now since he can actually live in NA.
>already got a bye
easiest game of my life h4h4....
>tourny now starts at 7
hey is this that cute pastel haired girl?
>get urgot in nemesis
>shit on the obligatory support team because I'm the only adc in the game
>fuck awful on rumble
>doesn't justify it
>yet any pro who is halfway decent with rumble builds it
I thought you "laundry's is bad on rumble" shitters went away after getting blown the fuck out at Worlds.
It's still shit on pretty much anyone else other tho, you right.
not what you think, because for static armor and MR health doesn't have diminishing returns? The more health you have the better the armor you build is, and vice versa, but doubling health will always make you double as tanky excluding % health damage.
And your original point is still wrong, health is still useful past 2000, and every tank will go past 2000 when build as efficient as they can. Feel free to address my other point, if you ever read the active, or my post.
I think he is somewhat biased since the amount of rumbles who literally rush liandry before getting ryali's and significant ap/pen is disgusting. It's a situational purchase where zhonya/void and even abyss have higher priority.
you could get away with it on Zyra or Velkoz, I wouldnt rush it thought.
I dont play Malz but I usually see them with it. Maybe someone can speak to that.
Ive seen Amumu and Sejuani build it but theres better items for them than it.
I agree it's situational and a lot of bad Rumbles rush it in situations when they shouldn't, but the people who think it's somehow the manifestation of Satan's lies on earth get on my nerves.
>hey guys whats good runes masteries for this champ
>check out some pro guides at these different sites anon and go from there
>build items that pros build
>BUT YOUR NOT PRO ANON
People are so fucking retarded posting screencaps of death screens with 0% or 1% liandry damage.
Those are meaningless, if a champion bursts you down in less than two seconds there is no time for the liandry to do DoT
Rumble can't burst down anyone but has huge DoT and can aply the liandry's effect to the entire enemy team with his ult and flamespitter.
I just watched some random Lissandra from the client front page (NA). Liss started Flask into three (3) Dorans into Sorcs into Hourglass into Void against Viktor top. Liss also maxed E second.
In the same game, there were 2 quadra's, and the killer went to chase the penta around the map (unsuccessfully) instead of taking a FREE objective.
How do I get good enough to play like that and still get to D1?
I'm currently in Silver.
>>check out some pro guides
>>build items that pros build
Confirmed for literal Bronze. Anybody who is not mentally handicapped should know what to build on any champion just by looking at their kit and ratios.
What do you guys think of heimerdonger?
>their kit and ratios.
Ill give you kit but riot doesnt provide ratios. You have to go out of your way and use 3rd party sites to find out actual useful information that should be readily available in game.
cooldown on e is important in top because the lane is longer and you get ganked more often.
3 dorans is shit, don't get more than 2.
Getting a penta is more rewarding than an objective, especially considering the fact that the team that gets the penta will probably win anyway.
i haven't left my house in 2 years
thought about killing myself but i dont like pain and im too lazy
i spend about 80% of the day in my bed and im really skinny because i eat maybe once every 2 days
why can't some nigger just come into my house and rob me and kill me? he'll be doing me a favor
>in the meta of burst assassins this DoT item isn't doing enough damage because it needs time to do damage
>meanwhile in the land of meta midlaners people get deleted
I personally don't like rumble so there's that.
I don't have liss but doesn't maxing E second makes sense?
I am not sure, but it might reduce the cooldown. If you are able to cast it more often, you might be able to have your escape ready more often, or be able to chase down an enemy better
meme champion that bronzes love. Every time I get a heimerdinger in my team in ranked I dodge automatically because I know they're mouthbreathing retards
Is it worth getting Sweetheart Annie for CareBear Tibbers? i already have Reverse Annie
>Try out nemesis game mode
>everyone picking supports
>Our last pick gives them fiora
>"Dude fiora is fine"
>He goes 0/3 against her
>Afks for the next 10 minutes
Wow, great game mode.
It's like trying to coordinate with 4 apes for teammates.
All it takes is one ape to throw shit.
Hey, Im curious if there are some regular comic series about LoL players, some kind of road to challenger or whatever? This could be kinda motivating for my road to leave plat 1 and the last obstacle diamond 5.
E max gives more damage than W max and against a squishy ranged character your cc will be plenty to get the kill anyway not to mention that Viktor will never be standing withing range of W without you going all in with the claw anyway and he will never actually jump you either.
E max also allows you to escape or engage more often.
Triple dorans and Flask is a meme otherwise the build is good, Lissandra is base damage mancer.
he is not really that bad but has no escapes in the mobility meta and has a hard time bursting enemy champions down.
My main issue with him is that people who play him tend to be obnoxious. I am glad now that I'm in a higher position in the ladder I barely see anyone playing him
You should really consider killing yourself. It would be a great liberation from having to live. Imagine the sense of relief and freedom you'd get from not having to go through all this, to know that it's ok to let go.
That's what you get for not displaying your superiority. Make that adc your obedient slut.
So how do I carry myself out of silver with top irelia?
I know fast track trinity but then go straight tank or get more damage?
Do you max W first or E?
AD or AS?
>mfw newshits are so new here they do not know that Regi is Wukong
how would you guys feel about nemesis if you picked champions for a pool of players and then riot randomly assigns them to each team or you guys do like a normal draft but only of the pool of champions.
alternatively what about a game mode where every body on the same team gets the same champion.
I don't really think you need memebook and cdr boots that much. Back when I played Liss I always went Zhonyas into Deathcap and then Void staff.
Why people build memebook and cdr boots then, you ask? It's a utility build that makes you a good dpser (with Q's all the time) and a good to engage since you always have your ultimate. This is going to really hurt your damage though. Pros and high elo players don't care because they can wait for follow up pretty much everytime.
You ask again, what about mana? I personally never had mana problems with Lissandra. All you need is two dorans rings.
You can start Dorans or flask depending on the lane matchup. If you think the lane will be a farmfest, or that you can bully out your lane opponent, go Dorans. If you think you will lose lane, go Flask. You want to cap out your CDR as soon as possible, and the best way to do that is to go Morello into CDR boots. After that you want to get an hourglass, then the rest of the items can be situational. An average endgame Lissandra build would be something like CDR Boots, Morello, Hourglass, Deathcap, Voidstaff, and Abyssal.
Are you implying it's easy to just walk out of rumbl'es flame spitters, or to dodge his point blank tazer's?
Heres a weeks worth of data for you to look at.
Fuck you. The point is you shouldnt need the wikia. Riot, THE PROVIDER, should have it for you in the client somewhere.
>wait a second i had a date today
>moment of silence
>keep playing besiege
