It's a decent game, it has solid gamplay, as I said before characters are a bit silly, it has a compelling story and lots of repleyability, with 6 different endings, three of which have a postgame day added on the overcklocked edition. I don't know what else I could tell you.
It's about Tokyo suddenly being overrun by demons and the city being put into a Lockdown by the SDF, you and your friends want to get a way out of the lockdown but then the forces of law and chaos start getting into the way

So I just found Ghost Q while playing SMT2. I was curious what the hell this guy is supposed to be. Looking at him my first thought was some kind of crossover reference to another Atlus game or something, but apparently not since his first appearance is SMT2. There's not much information about him on the SMT wiki either, but it has his description for DeSu, and it says something about him appearing in Japanese houses to eat a lot of food and boost the economy. Is he some kind of 90s Japanese political reference or something?

There not that common. I'm on my second playthrough, and I intentionally went through the factory area more times than necessary in the hopes of meeting one. Then he showed up when I wasn't expecting it (notice I didn't have my demons out), so I spent the first few rounds stunning him with zionga while I summoned demons. Then I found out he's the weakest of the Fiends and he died without ever putting me in danger, and I didn't even get a drop. It was kinda underwhelming.

There is apparently a place in the post-game bonus dungeon where they're more likely to show up, but I didn't do the bonus dungeon after my first playthrough because I wanted to try again and see a different ending.

I'm the guy who found the sage of time last time pretty underleveled while looking for Betelgeuse, wouldn't say they are every other encounter like that anon did but they sure as hell don't feel like 1/256 even though the Japanese say that's the rate again.
After I died I went to the same area again, died in a normal encounter because of a bunch of maneater, went again to the same area and I encountered Hell's Angel.
