Nigga what? What do you mean by that exactly? Do you mean turn based RPGs?

Games that have the same feel to them.

FF stories are shitty melodrama half the time while the other is inane bullshit, SMT doesn't have a plot.
What are some good demon builds in SMT4?
I pretty much went full retard and stacked a bunch of passives for the last third of the game, so most of my demons have one or two attacks at most.
>>90821969
any JRPG ever?
try more SMT games
>>90822084

>>90822246
You don't need demons at all, Flynn has a lot of skill slots and you can give him the important shit. Then fuse demons with at least no weaknesses and at best absorb everything. One demon with Sama-Recarm, another one with Mediaharan maybe some with Candy and Anti even though Flynn should have that already and congrats, you broke the game.
>>90824301
Uriel with the two physical charge skills destroys everything.
pic related or persona q /smtg/? Trying to decide. I'm a big persona fan but I've been moving to the main franchise stuff. I almost caved and bought Persona but it may go on sale like other Atlus stuff question is how long til then
>>90824440
You might as well buy Soul Hackers at the next sale and then keep an eye out for Persona Q when it's been out long enough to get discounts during sales.
>>90824630
isn't soul hackers still on sale or did I miss it?
>>90824724
Don't know, but even if you missed it it'll go back on sale in a couple weeks.
>>90824440
The anwer is always both. If you're not underage, you should have a regular income which you should be able to manage in such a way that you can buy the stuff you want. Just tone down the partying or similar shit, don't buy the most expensive food, etc.

I can't stop laughing at fundraising.
WHY ME BEING HUNTED?!
When you stun enemies and fundraise, it pretty much just seems like outright rape. In fact, the enemies in general sound like they're being raped any time you fundraise.
>>90827723
>using Fundraise on Titania
>>90827723
It helps knowing that the best way to keep on Fundraising successfully the same enemy over and over again, is to inflict bind/stun on them.
After all, when they're bound/stunned, they can't resist your attempts to take their moneyand their maidenhood, in >>90827763's case.
Why yes, it's EXACTLY what it sounds like.Especially if you go with "bind".
>>90825338

How hard is it to find a copy of Strange Journey? It's 2x as expensive on Amazon and it doesn't even show up on my local gamestore's site. I've played half of 4, a few hours of Nocturne, and a few hours of Strange Journey (Nocturne and SJ both on an emulator) but I really don't like playing handheld games on emulators.
>>90845635
it's cheaper to get an acekard for your ds, and then you can play literally every single ds game on your ds
if you don't wanna do that then you can probably find SJ cheaper on ebay
Why does almost every game try to make you feel stupid if you choose any alignment besides neutral? It's not much of a choice if one of them is clearly superior and/or obviously intended by the developers
>>90846156
>It's not much of a choice
If you choose by gameplay, you're right. Neutral in almost every game besides Nocturne where you'd choose TDE.
If you choose by the "philosophical/moral" aspect of the ending, it's obviously a choice you have to think about unless you're a neuter because thinking is hard.
I feel really sorry for the neutrals who really thought about their alignment and why they chose their ending because they get flooded with retarded neuters who think that's the only "good ending" and call endings like the White "bad ending" which triggers my autism a lot, evem more so if they regard White as the only one bad.
I love the alignment system but in Strange Journey it's pretty annoying when I spend an entire area fusing and getting the perfect team with matching alignments, then one choice I make changes my alignment completely.
Evens, I make Betatron and beat up Lucy
Odds, I grind enough macca to get Masakado+fuse all the demons I want
>>90847428
Well, you can always abuse that one repeatable event that lets you change your alignment.
How useful is luck in Nocturne, and is a luck build viable on hard?

So what kind of bra do you think Isabeau wears under that samurai outfit? A sports bra would probably be my guess. Do they even have bras in Mikado, do you think?
>>90877785
Bandages because they start with ban like her favourite food.
>>90877982
I don't think so. It's not like she's pretending to be a boy or something. I wonder how many female samurai there have been. Obviously an appreciable amount else there wouldn't even be a female samurai outfit. I wonder if the bra comes with the outfit. So many questions.
>>90878179
bandages can also serve as a makeshift bra,not just for hiding gender
What the hell is up with the upper floors in the Amami Monolith? It's like every enemy suddenly has strike and slash resist. Enemies that are over fifteen levels lower than I am are suddenly taking way more hits to kill. And surprise attacks are showing up way more often
>>90878417
I know but that seems a little constraining. I know cosplayers who bind and from what I hear it's not comfortable. I think something more comfortable would be needed for a samurai.
Then again, Mikado is a pretty medieval society.
>>90877785
Fuck off, please.
>>90878556
they make it work
>>90878553
It's pretty much the final dungeon. There's dungeons after it, but they're all cakewalks compared to Monolith.
>>90878637
Yeah but they're not fighting in it. Hell, are bandages even secure? It seems like they'd offer no real support. And breasts need support, you know.
>>90878848

>>90881437
Maybe out of necessity. There probably aren't really bras in Mikado aside from the primitive stuff, poor thing. I can just imagine her looking through the ruins of a lingerie shop in Tokyo and being enraptured by an actual lacy bra.

Daily reminder that SMT IV was shit and that Nintendo needs to fuck off and stop putting games that were born (Megami Tensei) and peaked (Nocturne) on consoles on their disgusting fucking handhelds, and also need to stop shoving their shitty childish universes into SMT (with the likes of Fire Emblem) because they are afraid the FE name won't sell on it's own. Don't support their bullshit, SMT IV was the equivalent of the SMT iPhone port.

I wonder if we'll get this dumb shit in the future. I mean, in the SMTiOS interview on Siliconera, they pretty much said "we've considered bringing this crap over but thought we might as well start with a classic".
The market for phone games in Japan is incredibly different to ours, though. I mean, shit, mobile phone culture in Japan has it's own Wikipedia article, and "Galopogization" is a term invented by Japanese professors to refer to the development of very advanced subbranches of technology, using Japanese phones as the main example.

I've read some Lovecraft novels and I still don't get that fucker. He is like an assistant of Azathoth, or is there more to it than that?

Alright, finished my second (and probably final) playthrough of SMT IV with the neutral ending.I have to say that this ending felt very satisfying even though I'm still confused about certain things. While I guess that it isn't a perfect happy ending, it did feel like the best possible end result for the shitty (for humanity) world that the game took place in.
Overall I thought SMT IV was a lot of fun. There were some things that bothered me like the kind of crappy map system without clear objectives, but the game was good enough to keep me playing for over a hundred hours.

I've read several reviews of the game, and I've talked to and asked several people here what their opinion of Strange Journey is compared to the other games. I played enough to get an understanding of most of the mechanics and everything I've read would lead me to believe that the game doesn't drop in quality, like SMT 4 does, which I've beaten.
I understand that hearing someone say that SMT 4 isn't perfect upsets you, but it will be alright. When you finish 8th grade you'll learn that not everyone has to like the same things as you.

At first I thought he was dead, but as I looked, a green sparkle came into his sunken eyes, his mutilated hand trembled, and then a spasm stretched his mouth from ear to ear. For a moment my terror and despair gave place to hope, but as I bent over him his eyeballs rolled clean around in his head, and he died. Then while I stood, transfixed with rage and despair, seeing my crown, my empire, every hope and every ambition, my very life, lying prostrate there with the dead master, THEY came, seized me from behind, and bound me until my veins stood out like cords, and my voice failed with the paroxysms of my frenzied screams. But I still raged, bleeding and infuriated among them, and more than one policeman felt my sharp teeth. Then when I could no longer move they came nearer; I saw old Hawberk, and behind him my cousin Louis' ghastly face, and farther away, in the corner, a woman, Constance, weeping softly.
"Ah! I see it now!" I shrieked. "You have seized the throne and the empire. Woe! woe to you who are crowned with the crown of the King in Yellow!"

Alright so here's a good story. I was talking with a friend on Skype about the game after I had finished the law ending and nearly finished neutral (which I finished now). He was also nearly done with the game. Hikaru came up and I said that she was always suspicious to me. I figured that since she was able to walk around above ground she was probably some demon.

I just found the understatement of "probably some demon" hilarious in hindsight given that she turns out to be the fucking Demon Lord himself.
Just started DDS today, and I'm not really liking it so far. The lack of recruitable demons/demon fusion takes out a lot of what I liked about other SMT games and the main characters don't really seem interesting. Is it worth it to keep playing?

Am I the only one that thinks that chaos dimension Tokyo seems like a pretty great place to live? While I'm more of a law guy, it seems like the ideal state chaos can reach plus by the end of the game it seems to be settling down so things will probably stop being on fire all the time soon. Being a Demonoid seems pretty awesome and nourishers don't have it too bad off.

Also, how good can it really get in chaos Tokyo? It's not like anyone would have a fancy apartment. Everything is in ruins. All they get is I guess not being taken by someone truly awful.
>>90988751

Just connected my psv to the network for the first time in six months and it started downloading p3p.
How did I get this game for free without even doing anything?
>>90988309
Most Neurishers don't get drained though. They are still alive years later. Only one got drained and she just stopped making anything. Couldn't even take care of her normal human kid as a result and told no one about him.The Demonoid who ate her decides to raise the kid, though he isn't enthused about the idea.
Plus there are other Neurishers who like their situation. One girl who gets attention from dudes when as a normal girl she was considered ugly, and even female Demonoids are jealous.
Another considers Kenji their savior because while his method isn't perfect, he made sure to wipe out the likes of Xi Wangmu and others who just go around eating all the humans they can.
>>90988825
She wasn't a very good Neurisher then. One woman gloats over her new popularity since she gives good emotions and has like 4 demonoids at her beck. I mean, being a Neurisher is a choice, same with being a demonoid.
>>90988920
Not that bigger anon but would you mind posting it up? I would love to get my hands on that OST.
>>90988880
I imagine then Demonoids would gain more prestige by becoming stronger, while Neurishers climb up the social ladder by inspiring more emotion, being better actors/performers/singers/whatever. So you have a world of chaos that represents both raw strength and individual creativity.
With some reforms (and rebuilding shit, etc) that wouldn't be too bad.
>>90988825
That happened because she was trying to take on too much by herself and didn't let anyone know what was going on with her. She didn't even try to tell said Demonoid she had a kid, nor did she inform anyone else. He had to stumble upon the kid himself.
Neurishers love watching Demonoids beat the shit out of each other on TV as well.

I personally love p1s battle system but I guess to the vast majority, yes. P1 has some pretty crummy combat. P2IS isn't as bad and P2EP is very fast once you got your bearings but in my personal opinion ep has the worst negotiating.
Take note that ep never got its psp version localized so either play the ps version which is fine or sit and wait for this fan translation that just started a few months ago.
As a note, you CAN play ep on its own but it won't be anywhere near as satisfying.
I loved p1 and is, and I'm enjoying ep the most right now.

The only reason the psp port of EP matters is the addition of tatsuyas scenario. I recall the group translating EP said they are gonna try to mod it so that it reads your save file from IS so that tatsuya is Hella buff for his scenario.
Enjoy man, and get reiji for the main scenario in p1. He is the best of the optional party members

Q is pretty good so far and the characters actually feel pretty true to the original games. The dungeon crawling feels like classic EO or early Persona and the combat is pretty good (albeit a bit easy). I'm only at the 3rd dungeon, but I'm enjoying it much more than I thought I would.
>finally get Jun to join in Persona 2
Man, I always get weirded out when I approach the end of a game with a 99 level cap and I'm only level 60 or soeveryone is mid 40s currently, just guessing what it'll be by the end. Anyone else get that feeling? Like, if I have 99 levels, I should be going through maybe 80 of them before I can get to the final boss?
He's dead, right?
>>91017206
Thanks for the input. Will probably buy it, even though I don't like the little bit easy part but I guess that's where most games are going nowadays.
>>91017402
He'll always live in our heart, anon.
>>91017234
I can't remember what my level was when I made it to the final boss, but I don't think it was even near the 80s. Just make sure your personae have good skills and your team can take a hit. I would wait until you get to the endgame before you absolutely decide to grind for the final boss.
>>91017482
I'm only playing on Normal difficulty because I didn't know exactly what to expect. There's also a hard mode and "risky mode" which gives you 1 life or its game over.
>>91017234
P2 IS? You only need to be above 55. You really don't need to grind for that game, it's pretty easy.
P1 is where you had to grind for the final boss, since the battle lasts forever.
>>91017589
>P1 is where you had to grind for the final boss, since the battle lasts forever.
And to get Amen Ra his special "Fuckthebossupdyne" spell. After grinding to a high enough level to fuse him, of course.

>>91017510

>>91018319
For clarification, I know I'm not gonna be that high a level by the end of the game and that IS isn't that hard, I just always feel weird when you don't get anywhere near the level cap at the end of an rpg. Like, what are those extra levels for? Do they consider that there will be people who are either bad enough or weird enough to grind to level 99?
>>91019145
>weird enough to grind to level 99?
Yes, lot's of people have been doing this since forever. Take the onion knights/equipment from FFIII as an example. Complete waste of time, but people still farmed for it and leveled to 99 so they could use it.
>>91019145
That's something I really liked about Persona 3 and Nocturne. Demi-Fiend was level 80 by the time I got to the final boss with little to no grinding. Makoto was around level 80 while the rest of the P3 gang was around 70.

A lot of people would say the same about video games and that you need to be "weird enough" to play them too.
Yes, there are people who have fun with that way of playing like you do with yours.
You know, since I came to 4chan some years I ago I got pretty open-minded because of all the "autists" here and I know I shouldn't but I'm surprised every time when people come here and judge something with a "normal" value system. Not that that's necessarily a bad thing, especially in your case it doesn't seem to be because you aren't hostile at all, more like people looking at exotic animals in a zoo (at least that's the feeling I got when reading your posts above all the first anon who seems to really can't imagine such "weird" people). I'm surprised at you two being surprised that some people have different taste, ways of having fun (okay the second anon isn't surprised but he still doesn't seem to understand that it is with high probability not a waste of time for the people doing it).
What I also can't understand is anons here not tolerating other tastes, which happens unfortunately not rarely and really seems out of place here. I mean calling another anon's taste shit is not bad at all but throwing a fit only because another one likes that and wanting to forbid the discussion of it is fucking retarded. And clarification for the really close-minded people: No, I'm not one of the guys leveling until 99. Yes, people can argue for something they aren't a part of or something they don't believe in.
>>91021330
Wrong question. A better question would be "did you like Demikids? Why, why not?"
Do you like Pokemon? You'll probably like it.
I don't like Pokemon anymore but I still thought Devilchildren was "any good". It was entertaining although a lot easier than mainline.
>>91021576
You've been on 4chan for years and you're still surprised about "stop liking what I don't like"-esque posts?
>>91021708
No, like I wrote I still can't understand it. I'm only surprised (also mentioned that I know I shouldn't be) about the "issue" I described in the first paragraph, above all because 4chan isn't exactly a place famous for not being weird.
I also think the anons here calling each others autists for some shit, which started happening this often only recently (last year), if my memory isn't failing me or my nostalgia goggles aren't fucking with them, is pretty retarded.
>>91022093
4chan is full of normies. It's to be expected given the site's popularity. You just gotta accept it. Besides, a lot of the time people aren't even being serious. If people don't understand grinding, that's fine. Understandable, too. This is coming from someone who used to spend hours a day grinding in shitty Korean MMOs.
Also, it's all the same shit with some shiny new buzzwords anon. Don't dwell on it.
>>91021576
Yes, onion knights and onion equipment are a complete waste of time. The drop rate is 1/256 for each item, so i really dont know where your rant is coming from.
>>91022324
>4chan is full of normies.
I know. The site's content is still fucked up for normalfag standards most of the time. I mean the people posting here still couldn't show this site to their mother, colleagues, probably friends etc. without getting weird looks or similar shit and this site still is more famous for the weird shit, that's why I'm surprised.
Never had a problem with them not understanding grinding.
This buzzword seems to be connected with a really ironic mentality though, I mean complaining about "autists" on a site where "fucking normalfags" are despised seems pretty contradictory to me but yeah thinking about it again, it doesn't seem to be new at all.
Well we're getting pretty meta here, I initially wanted to just make a short comment.
Discussing DemiKids would offer itself but it seems nobody's interested.
>>91023145
You didn't understand me at all. Think about why you think that it is a waste of time, after that try to think really hard about why other people would do exactly that.

Finally got around to downloading the SMT IV OST. ATLUS got that aspect of the game down without a problem.
So you guys think smt IV was Stevens fault as well? Like he let the demons out by accident just like in smt or do you believe otherwise/don't care?
>>91025987
He didn't let the demons out in SMTI either dude. In IV it's explained how demons started being summoned, it was a smartphone Cathedral of Shadows app that was mass distributed.
>>91025987
>ATLUS got that aspect of the game down without a problem.
Did you buy the OST?
Could really use some advice for something. This is where I openly admit SMTIV is my first proper SMT game besides playing Nocturne at a friend's house for 5-6 hours.
I'm struggling to navigate the alignment system in this game. I'm a moralfag through and through so I thought I could get the Law alignment pretty reasonably, but it turns out most of what I've answered so far has been Chaos. For example, I wanted to be merciful to the woman who felt remorseful for using men and I told her she was a human. Turns out that's a lovely little +10 to Chaos. My playthrough so far has involved doing what I feel is morally correct, looking up whether I've fucked up, swearing at the fact I've fucked up and reloading.
Soon I'm going to be without internet for a while and wanted to fill my time with SMTIV, but now I'm scared because I won't be able to look up every little thing which I'll inevitably fuck up. Is it really easy to screw yourself over with alignment or are there times where the game independently lets you decide what you want to be? For reference, I've justwitnessed the execution of the Black Samurai. Pretty sure I fucked up that dialogue option too.
>>91026073
I wish. No I downloaded it but once I can I do indeed plan on buying it. I like it enough where I'll spend the cash on it.
>>91026039
And did they ever explain who mass produced the app? I don't recall them doing so, and since Steven shows up it seems awfully similar to him disseminating the summoning program on the computer in SMT.
>>91026237
You didn't fuck up anything. Just keep doing what feels right.
>>91026237
Why are you trying to fight your natural alignment tendancies? If your natural choices lean towards Chaos, maybe you actually are Chaos? I don't think constraining your answers for the sake of an alignment you haven't actually experienced is a good idea.
That being said, it's pretty clear what's Law and what's Chaos if you can recognize the signs. The Law replies tend to focus on duty and unity, while the Chaos choices are more about personal freedoms. There's still a lot of game left if you want to go to law; later as the choices become more severe the law/chaos points are pretty huge per answer. Just remember that Jonathan is Law and Walter is Chaos.
And the Black Samuraigets executed no matter what you choose, don't worry about it.
>>91026237
>This is where I openly admit SMTIV is my first proper SMT game besides playing Nocturne at a friend's house for 5-6 hours.
Where else would you do it?
>I'm a moralfag through and through so I thought I could get the Law alignment pretty reasonably
Well, you're new to the series, so you wouldn't know but most moralfags are neuters even though happiest endings are law.
Why would you care about alignment in your first playthrough? Wouldn't it be more fun if you went in blind?
You didn't fuck up the last option if you mean by that that you could've prevented it.
>>91026237
SMT4 is really easy to screw yourself over in terms of alignment. However, all endings have severe consequences, so my recommendation is to not worry about it and do what feels natural.
>>91026237
Anon I don't think you get how law and chaos work in the SMT universe. Law is subservience to god. Absolute subservience. Chaos is absolute freedom where the strong take and do as they will. Don't be surprised if a lot of your morality is actually chaos aligned because I doubt you want to be a mindless drone.
>>91026558
>even though happiest endings are law.
Hahahahahahaha
>>91026434
>And did they ever explain who mass produced the app?
Yes, it was Mido. The fusion guy. And then some mystic bullshit made it appear on phones and cause a ruckus. The CDF was founded to counteract demonic incursions via smartphone, and I'm pretty sure it's implied global conflict started developing because of it.
>>91026621
They're not wrong, Law endings do end up with the greatest number of people being happy. The issue is whether or not that justified the means, and as well if that happiness could be considered real.
>>91026650
I must have missed that then. I seriously do not recall that being stated at all.
>>91026434
That's good, thought you were a retard. I'll buy it too even though it's not really cheap.
>>91026690
They also end up with the greatest number of people genocided in most cases. I guess the majority is happy if you don't consider the mountain of unhappy corpses.
>>91026743
Please explain to me how dead people can be anything but dead.
>>91026821
I'm just saying, it's like saying that if you kill everyone then there'll be no unhappy people. That's I guess true but it's twisting the situation around.
Oh damn, didn't expect so many replies. Thanks for the help folks!
>>91026542
I'm not gonna lie, as well as being a moralfag my biggest motivation for wanting Law is to hang with Jonathan. Isabeau's cool too, I just can't stand Walter. I'd honestly rather quit the game than play with Walter. I wouldn't mind playing through as Neutral, but I heard there's a lot of questing/backtracking involved. Would I be correct?
>>91026558
I know you can't stop what happens to the Black Samurai, I just said I would happily live in Tokyo. I say that because I've found it cool helping people with quests and taking care of demons everyone else is struggling with. Usually I do blind playthroughs of games, but I really do hate Walter and I really like Jonathan and Isabeau.
>>91026585
I feel like SMTIV sort of shot itself in the foot in that respect. I went into the game with that expectation of Law and Chaos, then Jonathan early on goes "FUCK OBEDIENCE, WE NEED TO SAVE PEOPLE". Maybe that's part of the character development/arc, but ever since that point I've been apprehensive about those definitions.
>>91026694
Pretty sure you need to talk to Mido and maybe the CDF guys.
>>91026869
Obviously it completely depends on your moral views but fact is that in the law endings there are a lot of people with guaranteed happiness and if we stay at IV there are masses dying in the Chaos and Neutral endings too with the difference that those only have the possibility of being happy.
Also no genocide in SJ.
>>91027001
>Maybe that's part of the character development/arc, but ever since that point I've been apprehensive about those definitions.
No don't worry an SMT staple is that your friends become increasingly more extreme in their philosophy as the game goes on. You'll see plenty of obedience from Jonathan later. And neutral is certainly a middle ground but it's also extremely hard to get unless you're following a guide or keep track of every little response you make.
I'd just answer naturally and see where it takes you. This game does have an NG+ feature if you want to see the other paths later.
>>91027065
There's more to life than happiness, you know.
>>91027006
Well I have to do a run for the chaos ending so I guess I'll see if I can get those convos later on.
I'm not trying to be edgy when I say this but based on my real world views and beliefs I honestly view the white ending as the best ending. Anyone else agree with me?
>>91027309
No. the white is basically spiritual and physical suicide. it's for idiots
>>91027152
That's great to know, thanks for clarifying that for me.
I've heard people struggle to get the Neutral ending before. It feels too good to be true that I'd end up with it accidentally. Thanks for the advice through, I'll just try my best to get Law or Neutral.
INB4 I try too hard to get Neutral and I get Chaos instead.
>>91027001
>I really do hate Walter
That's interesting, most people loved the shit out of Walter until a certain point.
You really shouldn't choose alignments because of their representatives though, that'd be stupid, at least in my eyes.
>>91027245
I disagree but whatever. Like I said different views. Just tried to argue with some utilitarianism, isn't that pretty popular in murrica?
I'm interested though, what would be the most important thing in life in your eyes?
>>91027309
I get easily bored when there's nothing going on. Especially when it's literal nothing.
>>91027379
Well thanks for the shitlord response. I don't view the world of smt IV as being redeemable or capable of recovering from what happened nor do I view it worthy of either so the white ending made the most sense to me.
What ending did you think was the best end idiot?
>>91027581
There is no best end, they're all stupid, White is just the one with literally nothing redeemable about it.
>>91027409
Don't worry, later on you get extremely obvious choices like "I'll preserve the status quo" or "I'll destroy the order of things". As long as you can recognize which is Law you'll be fine.
>>91027472
There is no one most important thing. Everyone should find their own, it's the beauty of free will. Trying to instill this global value in the people never works.
>>91027581
in the white ending you're blowing up the whole multiverse. you're saying that every world ever deserves to die. c'mon now.
>>91027674
As a rule of thumb, there is never a best ending. They always suck. No answer the question, which ending is the best in your opinion. Which did you agree with most since you made it clear which one you disagreed with the most.
>>91027581
>it's okay to kill literally everyone if i don't think the world is worthy
>>91027309
Wouldn't say that it's the best ending but it's the only one that really ends anything.
The funny thing is that it's pretty close to Buddhism. Problem most people probably see with it is that you kill everyone instead of them killing themselves.
>>91027674
For most people, yes. Others would argue that no suffering is it worth it.
>>91027776
Nice response even though it sounds pretty cheesy.
>>91027910

What? First I didn't state my opinion on this topic at all, second even if I were one of the guys preferring the white ending in a video game doesn't mean that I would actually do it for real and finally how the hell could I do it for real if I wanted to? Please learn to differentiate between reality and fiction before calling someone a murderer. I'm not offended but you're embarrassing yourself and nobody wants that.

>>91041602
I'm not sure what this means. Of course it's my opinion. Law is an end justifies the means option in which much of humanity is wiped out to make room for peace and order. The end result is pretty good but the means are terrible. Chaos is basically the opposite. It doesn't resort to genocide to accomplish its aims but the end result is human self-destruction as people squabble amongst each other violently for power. It is built on arguably sound ideals but the end result is a world in flames.
Neutral isn't perfect but the resolution seemed like the best of the options since it doesn't resort to "monistic extremes" as Isabeau states at one point.
>>91041096
>White is like a 15 year old edgelord solution to problem solving.
Would you say the same about Buddhism?
And what problem does the Neutral Ending solve exactly?
>>91042439
I think Buddhism is mostly neutral and Daoism is chaos, personally. It's hard to generalize Buddhism since there are different forms of it depending on country and point of time in history. The Buddhist notion that all life is suffering also does not seek a resolution of destroying the world to remedy this. The problem the neutral ending solves is the problem of coexistence between the people of Tokyo and the people of Mikado. The Chaos and Law endings fail to solve this problem. Law eradicates Tokyo while Chaos allows the people of Tokyo to run amok in Mikado, shitting up Mikado and making it just as bad as Tokyo. Neutral seeks to reconcile the two groups. The fighting between the two is arguably a major problem.
Aside from that, neutral also destroys the ceiling and brings sunlight back to Tokyo. The lack of sun is something many of the people in the underground shelters complain about and, if nothing else, it's nice to have restored at least that.
Edited for spoilers.

No but yourself as a human which doesn't make that much of a difference if you ask me. Buddha was a pretty White guy, except that he didn't force his opinion on others by killing them like one would do in the White ending.Yes and it'll go back to Tokyo with demons again, not exactly a satisfying solution if you ask me. Shit will repeat like always in the series. The issue between Mikado and Tokyo isn't even that big compared to the ideal world either party would create.
Even the world we live in has a lot of suffering and shit, only few people have a somewhat nice life etc. The whole point in the series is that humans try to create their own ideal life/paradise but which they never achieve.
