you do this until one of you teammates get tired, then you leave and com back two days later
you repeat this until you get to a barricade that doesn't let you go up until the next floor
Once you reach it you're free to do all the hit you want
Every 30 days you fight a powerful shadow, so be ready for it
There is no party control unless you're playing P3P, and by the sound of it you're playing FES

Matador is from Nocturne, a mainline SMT title, and mainline SMT titles are a whole different beast than Persona. The only hard bosses in Persona are Sleeping Table and vanilla Shadow Yukiko.

Because many Persona fans have never played any other MegaTen games other than Persona and are completely clueless about how MegaTen canon actually works, and instead of doing research to find out how it all works, they start insisting that x character or x name or x relationship is canon.

People need to learn that in MegaTen, everything is canon, there is no such thing as one true canon in ANY MegaTen game.

Even in the case of sequels, the only "One" canon they follow is exclusive to that specific game. So for Persona 4 Arena, the protagonist's name is Yu. That is canon to Arena, and specifically Arena. That doesn't retroactively retcon it in P4, and it doesn't mean that it's automatically canon to every other game. It's just one possible canon out of many that Arena chose to follow.

I'm sure I'll get plenty of people trying to argue about what is and isn't canon, but it really comes down to one thing - the entire POINT of most MegaTen games is that there is no one true canon. The series creator explicitly said that his intention was for the multiple endings to all be equal and valid, and that there is no true ending.

I think a lot of Persona fans don't get that because Persona doesn't really have that same equal validity in its endings - there's explicit "good bad and true" endings like in a lot of VNs.

Please guys, stop arguing about canon. Canon is meaningless in MegaTen when every possibility you can imagine is canon.
