I'm just like them. I played since day one on the ps3 and never got a legendary engram as a drop/reward. All of my rank ups in factions just give me materials or blue engrams. I've never gotten a legendary out of a blue engram, either.

I only did VoG 3 times without any equipment drops before I gave up. I haven't even attempted CE.

I just did the valus bounty and the entire run I was trying to pop a heavy ammo synth to speed up the fight with my gjarlerhern and the countdown would start like I used it but it wouldn't decrease the amount of synths I have and it wouldn't give me ammo.
