I thought Inaba Pride was pretty easy. Keep these in mind:
Map things out extensively, this includes torch placements, shortcuts, and doors.
Torches go out after 10 steps.
Red = Suzaku, Blue = Seiryu, Black = Genbu, White = Byakko. Color the gateways if need be.
Figure out FOE movement patterns. The diagonal moving ones are pretty easy to figure out.
The Festival Dudes take a single turn to change their direction. Just keep track of that when avoiding them.
The Fast Guys only react when they see you. If they chase you to a door, enter it and if you follow them from behind they will not react to you. This the key to at least two puzzles in Inaba Pride Event floors 3 and 4.

I don't know where you are specifically so this is all I can help you with.
