If you play a single mission a bunch of times in sucession, it eventually starts to get a -exp modifier and a red glow, bsasically telling you "Hey, go and do something else for a while".

Conversely, if you haven't played a mission in a while, it'll get a +exp modifier and a yellow glow, telling you "Hey, if you don't want to stare at the fucking sun every time you open Crime.net, go play this mission".

Difficulty is determined by the number of skulls under a mission.
