Hello /lolg/ korean here (sorry if my english isn't the best, I'm good at reading it and speaking it, but writing it is pretty hard, I know thats weird)

So, there is something funny going around Korean diamond/challenger. Many teams are doing very AD style teams. You get an ADC bottom, an AD assassin middle (like Zed or Talon), then a tanky top who can maybe get AD (Or they might just be a tank), then you get an AD jungler.

The reason for this is that there is no good way to stop AD. Last whisper is far too good, and crits are too good.

The reason for going a lot of AD is because it means you kill objectives much faster than a mixed team. Dragon, Baron, Towers, and Inhibitors fall much, much faster with many AD heroes.

Its a very weird turn in LoL, I've seen sometimes not even have an AP support. They get thresh or blitz and build AD on them. Though usually its still an AP support.

I wonder if this will make it to worlds? Many high level players have been trying it. if it does, i think riot will have to nerf AD. Tristana, Kog, Corki, and Lucian are too strong. They kill stuff too fast.

Oh, also, poppy has been seeing a bit more play as a top lane counter to mundo. So that is funny.

Let's actually get down to the gameplay. No two games I have ever played have felt similar to the point of feeling rote. Each and every hero in Dota 2 is distinctly different from another, offering a uniquely encapsulated experience with well-defined goals for every single playable character in Dota. Because every hero feels so profoundly unique, every game that I play of Dota 2 feels fundamentally different in a way that League of Legends is not able to reproduce. I could go on, and on, but at this point I might as well just make a video essay. My only regret is that I never played Dota on Warcraft 3, because I wasn't really into gaming when I was younger.
