a helpful tip for those in Valhalla/Mazurka: Walk with a Pooka/Werecat in your group. Even if it is stored on your COMP, when you talk to a demon of the same type they will let you go and these 2 in particular give Jewels much more often than the others while also being one of the random encounters that appears the most in these areas.

I personally dropped Yukari for Akihiko in The Answer, mostly because forced hard mode meant healing needed to be on-point all the time. Can't trust an AI to a duty like that. Fortunately, even sans compendium it's still pretty easy to fuse a broken Persona.

Man that was fun. By that, I mean soloing Erebus.

I'm actually having fun with Kyuuyaku Megami Tensei.
Although doing 3 damage per hit to bosses is some stupid shit.

It's still pretty risky because if you fuck up and Pixie gets off a Recarmdra, you'll be starting from the top again and it keeps going

They're a neat idea but very, very rough around the edges. I think good time management needs to be stressed a lot more and that the player needs stronger rewards for getting a social link up instead of just bonus levels for fusing. Also, there should be more depth to the system than picking a cutscene to watch each day.

My favorite slinks were Nanako and Dojima in 4 and the old monk and the dying guy in P3. A lot of the other ones in both games were pretty bland so I can't single out least favorites

Astaroth is summoned by a Gaean who is suggested to be planning to use him to overthrow Lilith and make him the Ring's King. It probably is half Lucifer and half Merkabah though. They both have pale skin and dark lips. Look at the hands too: the left is veiny and disgusting, just like Lucifer's right hand. On the right with Jonathan is practically white, like Merkabah. There are strange lines on the digits too. Without seeing the nails you can't confirm, but it absolutely isn't Yuriko or Gabby.

Like in IV ... not a single one of the factions/NPCs in the game were worth going along with, not Tayama, not Lilith, not Gabriel. That there was absolutely zero way to preserve both Mikado and Tokyo just bugged the shit out of me.
And yet the game seemed to have the sense that these were hard moral decisions. No they weren't, they were all varying degrees of psychotic/fucking stupid.
It's making me not want to finish it now since I'm fairly certain none of the endings will be satisfying.

I'd argue it's slight stylistic differences in rendering on Doi's part since the original has such thick lines going on. It also looks to me as though it's following along the neck to the shoulder since, looking at Merkabah's art, it has a really fucking thin neck. For Lucifer, you can see the collar obscuring his neck.

There should be a way to save/preserve both. And strong/weak is far too broad. Strong possessing a heavy punch or being able to swing a sword. What about builders/construction workers? They're strong. What about mothers? Childbirth is agonizing but important. What about doctors? Healing the sick/wounded is hard stuff.
It's like ... I don't like that it assumes that somehow some people are more vital than others. It's fucking depressing what this game wants you to do. Nocturne was even worse that way. I'm allowed to present a Reason? Where's the option for, people are just good to each other?
