Also, there's a working equip function as well as a working way to activate items now.
Simply click the item you want to use, then click anywhere for it to work on either what you've clicked or just in general. After that it's unequipped.
It's not a toggle equipstate thing atm but it could be one very easily.
The good news is that it works! The bad news is that there's a limited amount of item slots and that all items are theoretically usable, also item slots are item-specific so you can't hold a flashlight in your sphincter and another in your right hand.
The spessmen place has a small flashlight demo RIGHT NOW.
FilteringEnabled is off for now. It's tedious.
Next up: dropping items and scripting some basic items like the flashlight as a proof of concept.

I would place pixel-perfect guis in relatively placed frames.
Try to fit all the guiwork inside of a ~850x640 (or 640x480) screen, as everyone always has at least that amount of screenspace availible except mobile users.

okay, so I've FINALLY decided the game i want to make, which is a decent possibility thanks to the RPG kit.
- RPG with guns/ space exploration and building
- You can build a spaceship, as well as a town in various habitable planets.
- Open world PvP (may change based on if people abuse it)

More powerful stuff being buyable automatically means that people who have "beat" the game will spawnkill every new player who tries to go into space repeatedly until they're the only ones on the server.
If you want to make me hella hyped for your idea (which is fantastic, by the way), make everything have weaknesses that can be exploited. The endgame ships could be huge with big guns, but slow and clumsy, and able to be beaten by a skilled enough flyer in a small fast ship. The buyable spells and weapons should be dodge-able too (not instant-hit),and heavier armor could slow down any ship that decides to equip it.
