I'm not a fan of Face 4's horn choice (would rather have Face 1's horns if there was a separate horn choice), but I like the eyes more than anything. The other faces just really put off this demure asian girl look that I don't find that appealing. The other races really don't have this problem.

I don't think I'd ever use Face 2 or 3 based on horn aesthetics alone, but coupled with the face it's really not my thing. Some people here have made it work and I don't know if that's just a product of lighting outside of chargen, but it doesn't suit my tastes.

If you can chain first time bonuses for things like Coil/primals, that is the most efficient.

I've found that just Alexander floors on a fast queue job (tank/healer) can net you 10+ tomes/minute. A4N is 20 Law + a precision part (worth 68 tomes) and is over in like 5 minutes. Add on a queue time of ~5m and that's 88 tomes/7~12m = 12~7t/m.
Roulettes give a bit less at 6~8t/m, despite how high the bonuses are. Better to preform them and spam high tome yields.

If you're a DPS, also do dailies I guess. They have garbage yield but it's something to work towards..

Alright, I've narrowed it down to being an issue with Windows 10,firefox might be the issue as well, but I'm sure you're not running nightly like I am. I'm also using Nvidia drivers, so there can't be an issue there. I'm going to assume windows 10 starts choking when having to deal with the gpu having to take care of two heavy tasks like the game and rendering a video.

There have been known issues with Nvidia cards/drivers for a while now, always that same 'display driver has stopped responding' shit. There's dozens of fixes if you Google around but nobody can seem to find a consistent fix for every card. I've seen anything from the card simply overeating, bad driver version, power usage setting, changing the voltage of the card, registry edit that changes the timeout duration and the card being broken in some way.

Personally, I've tried everything except replacing my card which I don't really have the money to do so. I have a 770 too and I've been using it since August 2013, had problems the whole time, they weren't that bad to begin with but around a year later it become incredibly common and nothing I tried seemed to help. Sometimes the crashes happen multiple times a day, sometimes I don't see them for a week or more. They don't even happen in every game I play. Never had an issue with Dota 2 or Diablo 3, but FFXIV and WoW cause issues a lot.

Just Google 'display driver has stopped responding' and try out some of the fixes.

So I've got PLD and WAR unlocked now and I just want to know if I'm a full fucking retard if it comes to tanking or not.
Is there a particular reason for DPS to split up between targets? Meaning one DPS attacks target A, while the other one attacks B. It's shitty to tank but I seem to manage it by alternating enmity combos and going with Overpower/Flash inbetween. It only gets shitty if something suddenly adds but that doesn't happen too often so I don't really mind. It seems that people tend to AoE/focus targets in about 60% of the cases though so it's not a problem unless they decide to split anyway.
Also, am I a retard for running off to the next group whenever the last mob of a group is at like 10-20% HP? I just assume that the one non-caster DPS who's usually in the party can finish that one off while getting to the next group. Or do you automatically lose aggro if you're too far away from a mob?
Also, while playing GLD, I've noticed that I kept dying more often than with my MRD. With MRD, I don't think I've even died once. Using the same gear, it happened much more often with my GLD. I do alternate my cooldowns for trash too - I just use one, wait until it's ran out and use the other one as long as I have one ready. Am I doing something wrong there? I don't fucking know anymore. I mean the only other thing I may have noticed in regard to that is that whenever I kept dying I had an Astrologist as a healer, but I have no idea how good or bad they are.
