>Tips for new players
You can change vocations at level 10 at the Gran Soren inn or BBI.
Character appearance can be changed later on.
You don't need pawns, but they help.

Should I reset inclinations I don't want? Like acquisitor? I want my pawn to shake some bad behavior.
What are the worst inclinations for a fighter pawn? I'm using Scather/Mitigator right now for my primary/secondary.
Mad_Hatter77, go nuts.
I should've replaced that .arc file sooner.
Sunlite pls, post ID so I can hire her again.
first for pawns that are actually good
>get into postgame
>decide to walk to gran soren instead of just ferrystoning
>some faggot dragon attacks me right near the gate and literally will not stop flying in circles over and over
Does it have some kind of effect for being too near it? The two times it has landed my pawns have been near it but not actually infront of it but they all get instantly downed when it used it's breath attack.
>not Aryan busty Amazon Warriors
A significant number of enemies take less damage from impact vs slash damage. Thus great hammers have to have more damage to compensate usually.
They are a whole lot better against enemies resistant to slash damage though.
DDO PASTEBIN WHEN
>Souls has probably the worst parry
which has a better parry system?
and yes, I was avoiding a souls comparison, because it's just going to turn into a shit flinging contest
I didn't take an fps hit when I set it to variable fps instead of 60fps, what's your hardware anon
>Gen 18 Ur-Dragon still at full health
>Been that way for basically the whole day
lvl38 ork pawn ready to save all your shotas get it while its hot
It's rough anon.
On PS3 I had my Fighter Pawn in full Gold Rare Chimeric with a Dragon's Bite for 3k attack by level 80. She was literally better than most of the level 200's in the Rift. Some people just can't optimize.
but nobody would hire her when she was white
and a warrior
Only one way to find out if your duping will net you a ban m8
strider has average stat growths all around. Won't really matter as long as you don't care about min maxing at all
pick up all you can, but remember you can only have 1 escort quest active, and the person's gonna spawn immediately
you're in post game. You'll activate point of no return when you turn in the 20 wakestones. You can either do BBI before that, or do it in new game+
Wait what, Sunlite hired your pawn but still isn't giving ID? What a tease.
I get good hires though, granted she's normally a fighter.
>Time to make up for all the easy kills before
Dunno about cheats, there is a damage cap mechanic carried over from console. I think it's just a bug on Capcom's end, we seemed to be fighting two separate Ur-Dragons at once for a while which was giving us back to back graces two generations at a time.
Either go to a knowledge chair in the inn, or buy inclination potions from the pawn vendor at the riftstone at the encampment (they cost 250 RC though, you can do notice boards quests avalaible in the lower part of Pawn's guild, near the entrance to Everfall to get RC if you don't get hires)
What the fuck happened to my wakestones?
go to the top of the everfall, talk to the pawn with the one tit armor
but first, you might want grind everfall for a little while;
It's pretty fun when you're on level for it.
and take a walk around gransys. lots of new enemy encounters.
and maybe grind up a vocation or two for augments, the infinite guards are good for that
(or if you don't care about leveling, everfall is great for it too)
enjoy the ending.
Fuck I hate decisions like this.
I think I might tell him to go back to camp to his death, just to get on the bandits good side.
Not a "Roleplay for me" post, but what did you choose?
>Player named Verm Hat hired my pawn
>Username was Pepesilvia
One stack is full stones, another stack is shards.
The third stack is forgeries.
I'VE FOUGHT MUDCRABS MORE FEARSOME THAN YOU
>Try out reshade for fun
>Looks a little nicer but hits performance too hard
>Load up dragons dogma
Then go buy the inclination elixirs at the Encampment. Buy like 16 of the primary you want and 15 of secondary. Whichever inclination you want second, use those elixirrs FIRST, and after that use elixirs for primary inclinations. So if you want util / challenger, use challenger elexirs first and then utilitarian.
Should stay at those for quite a while.
The only hires I would get from her were from my friend who probably felt obligated and a somebody here who felt bad for me. Doesn't seem like anyone else has taken her for a ride during that time though.
>he literally just stood there waving a sword around and not hitting anything.
I won't lie, I've never seen him do that, and I'd like a webm of it for filename threads.
The only trouble I've seen him have is he tries to sometimes knocked down already knocked down opponents using corona slash.
I know what anons like because I like it too.
The Dante from the spreadsheet isn't the one people talk about.
Uncle Dante is, who's owner is effinaitswhitney. I haven't seen them around the general for a little while so they may not be here.
So... torrent takes 48 hours to download, and will be 100% offline. Should i still look forward to it? Games with pawns like... fire emblem, final fantasy tactics and so always hooked me up.
Sleep at the inn a few times, then run some bosses in the everfall(or do some damage to the ur dragon) to kill time, and about 10 minutes later he should be in the square or around there.
Whats the best pawn profession?
If im a sorcerer is it viable to have a mage main pawn?
>not making him your husbando for easy access to OP shit
How do I git gud with ranged classes? I played Mystic Knight on PS3 and wrecked everything, but now I started a new game on PC and went ranged, playing like 40 level as ranger and 10 as assassin, but my knives and arrows feel really weak all the time even if I get new ones and upgrade them. My sorcerer pawn almost oneshots gorechimeras with Gicel and I feel like I'm barely doing damage with Fivefold Flurry or Hundred Kisses, what I am doing wrong? what knife and arrow skills should I get?
Probably too "exotic" for people, plus dressed like a slut in DLC armor.
Also, it works that way because when you use an inclination elixir, it pushes other inclinations down the hidden list.
So you can get a tertriary inclination as well, although it won't be avalaible. Generally, a combination of utilitarian, challenger and mitigator is good for sorcs. I use utilitarian / challenger / mitigator personally and it works good, but you can switch utilitarian and challenger.
Swords+dire gouge gives more strength than hundred kisses, but at the cost of agility.
Personally I go with fullmoon slash/dire gouge/clairvoyance and a bow for ranged annoyance.
>I did the shadowfort goblin quest before doing Escort Duty
am I fucked
>which has a better parry system?
at least the perfect block animation in DD has oomph
all the best "timing based block/dodge" systems are on Capcom action games, like DMC3 or God Hand or VJ. DD channels a tiny bit of that glory, though not as well
Souls sometimes feels like a bad Capcom action game, but in most places the animations really carry it. the parry animation though is totally boggling, you wave your hand and do something mystical and a giant falls flat on his ass. backstab basically makes you teleport into an animation because they couldn't figure out how to animate the flow
i love those games and have many 100s of hours in all of them but people's view of parry/BS is heavily rose-tinted and heavily influenced by the idea that Souls PvP is very competitive, somehow
someone made it general image a few days ago
>implying fournival did anything wrong
Full Moon Slash is better than Heavenwars Lash imho, and I don't really like Shield Storm, Sheltered Spike/Assault is better.
She's fine though, probably bad luck. I'd hire her if I didn't already have two fighters.
So is there any viable way to level up constantly? I'm at Lv 117 and i really would like to reach that sweet 200, there is any viable way to reach it fast?
>hire mage pawn with medicant secondary
>i guess it wont be so bad
>they cast anodyne on me
>stand in the green light
>while my health is refilling they still try to cast it on me
Into the fucking brine it goes.
>at least the perfect block animation in DD has oomph
I can never tell if I perfect block
Maybe I've never perfect blocked before even with the perfect block augment
god hand was so fucking overhyped dude, game's not even that good
Probably, I just think tough looking women are cool. I kinda thought of her attire as pit fighter or wrestler. She's not a warrior anymore, but she had corona slash, exodus slash and warcry. And she was a scather/challenger/pioneer
>Eliminator and Elder Ogre charging at me
>Cut to my left and put the Eliminator between me and the Ogre
>Ogre dropkicks the Eliminator in the back
>finding fournival guilty and locking yourself out of endgame goodies to buy like periapts
someone wanna rent my
lvl 13loli strider pawn
I took her to BBI with another character and she was doing fine actually (pre-matt damon though)
>I just think tough looking women are cool.
I agree with you my man, in a perfect world everyone would. But this is not a perfect world, you have to hold back on going full snu snu if you want hires.
Give her some short/medium black hair or a helmet, that'll probably help a lot.
I'd say about 45+ but it really depends more on gear
once you're armed with post game weapons, you're good to go.
Once you feel like you can stomp anything in the everfall, you're overlevel/geared for it
>The Ninja Jew has entered the Game of Helms
It's more that the PC version makes finding people's pawns a pain in the ass unless you add them to your friends list. Often times the pawn won't show up in the rift at all.
They really need to add username search back in like they did on consoles.
>Farm Death or Daimon 2.0
That would be nice but how the hell do you even touch those two? Daimon i can barely beat the first form and Death doesn't give a fuck about any attack i throw at it.
I'm playing Strider if that helps in any way
I'm seriously losing it here. Why won't Escort Duty show up?
I raised affinity with Fourneval so there's a chime when I speak to him.
I finished his landlord eviction shitfest quest (by buying the property)
The fatass is standing in front of his bowlcut daughter in his manor, and when I talk to him all he wants is to sell me shit.
What do? I don't want to continue the main questline cause I'll lose access to the quest, won't I?
what i dont get is if they have saves tied to steam IDs, why couldn't they just add in a system that ties a username to that SteamID and then make that username searchable?
>People like my big guy
Wait, this escort quest actually gave a good reward
Now I have to fucking look them all up on the wiki in case I miss something neat
Still have your pawn from last night, but it seems that you've leveled far beyond when I hired her (main account no longer rocked, been playing that one). I'll return her within the next day or so, but the RC will probably be meager compared to what can be earned now.
I'll probably give her some different hair when she's a warrior again. She was actually based on a character I made back on console and she was actually well received (but had long hair). For now she'll be brown with frosty hair because that seems to be kinda working at least. Thanks for the input.
So no one here at all plays ddo? Just about ready to drop it, it's getting to be a chore to run the same fucking area missions over and over. Reminds me of (heh) dungeons and dragons online in that regard. I tried going on the generally English speaking servers but they're all full fucking reddit. And spamming emotes and shit.
Stack 4x Conqueror's Periapts, have everyone carry Blast Arrows, and just cheese the fuck out of either of them with Fivefold Flurry.
Try luring Death over a body of water for easy kills. If that doesn't work out, do the same but on offline Ur-Dragon.
>Bluemoon Tower, for the griffin quest
>It pops up over the ledge, hit it with some Poison arrows
>Game tells me to keep opening the gates to get to the roof, head that way
>It lands right before the last gate to try and kill you while you open it
>Oil arrow, then dump 40 blast arrows into its face
>Nearly kill it right there, it flies off
>Camera locked like it's still chasing me, weird
>Go up to the roof and finish it off
>Go back down to see if I missed any treasure while I was on the run
>The entire pathway around the outside of the tower is busted up
I assume that was supposed to happen during the chase if I didn't nuke the damn thing?
say that to my
spanishgf and not online and see what happens m8
Can someone hire a Lvl 140 Strider pawn named Dismas and take him for a spin around BBI? I'm low on rift crystals.
He has Scather/Challenger inclination, gold dragonforged Framae Blades and Brain Splitter.
>Smashing a 'clops eye in a maelstrom
Felt like some nuke riding tier action.
>thinks he understands true power
>And you're so sure someone doesn't have your pawn currently?
How would they even find it easily unless they added as a Steam friend? Unless you're saying you searched through all the pawns just to hunt it down, that's kind of unexpected.
Both have high hp and defense, my imperfect assassin at level 120 with a cursed bite and dire gouge does significant damage though, each use cycle to the head will take him down buy 1 bar if he doesn't flail around like an asshole.
Stage 2 I use daggers to get to the face via double jump and then wreck his chest face hoping he doesn't attempt to explode.
I tried to get back into it when they gave out the free 7 day pass but yea, it's just waaaay too grindy to play for long. Doing the same world quest over and over again is just not fun.
I'm indeed on hard, i guess i can do that and even try to dragonforge stuff while at it, thanks
That is some buffing i've got to do there damn.
Is Conqueror + Blast arrows that good of a combo?
>BBI 1st time
>Clear through to the 2nd key where you fight a cursed Dragon as a warrior & strider
>I do no damage to anything while it rapes me if I don't dodge/exodus every fart
>Elgres and Eliminators are 5+ minute fights unless I pop periapts and stuff since pawns are always spastics
>Skip forward a bit
>Messing about as a vocation rank 4 MA (or whatever rank you get ricochet at) because I got a ring for the seeker shot
>Having to go through again because NG+
>Every ability I have can kill whatever in 1 or 2 hits
>They never miss either
>Just fought 1st Eliminator as an MA
>Took a whole 20 seconds to kill it
>Its only going to get easier as I get upgraded ricochet and stuff
Is MA easy mode? Cause this shit is retarded as fuck.
is there any disadvantage to changing vocation often?
like amount of health increase/damage etc if you level as a mage rather than warrior or is it just based on core skills and augments you get them that can carry over?
also are there any hidden stats or specifics about how much damage certain moves do?
Is level 50 a good time to go fight Gregory?
he's kicking my ass fuck hitting that heart with daggers is hard
Maybe I should bring a healer because I'm not sure this sorc is helping.
>Is Conqueror + Blast arrows that good of a combo?
It's fucking broken and reason why Ranger is the best. Tenfold with blast+4xConq will make enemies, who normally barely take damage, just straight up die in seconds.
>tfw you don't kill it and it gets away
It was lackluster on the mainland, since it's abilities shine in close quarters. It just seems that BBI was made for MA.
Which is why I'm one. Going through and stacking tons of level 3's and upgrade materials to hand out to people. I can finish both of Daimon's forms in about 2 minutes. Not as fast as a strider/ranger with blast errors, but still pretty fast.
no, your magic bow affects bow skills
your dagger affects dagger skills
fun fact though, mag augments affect your magic portion of your daggers so if they're enchanted they'll double dip.
>Is MA easy mode?
Changing vocation means that the stat gains you get when you level up change. Damage doesn't really mean shit when you level up as weapons > damage stats
The primary advantage of changing vocations is leveling up your vocations to get the passives that benefit you, or to increase health/stamina.
I just wiped a room full of Elder Ogres with tri-casted High Fulmination. Shit's fucking ridiculous.
>casually going through BBI 1.0
>get to Black Abbey
>7 Living Armors, 1 Wight, and 1 Lich
>multiple pawn deaths just going through grabbing the chests
ok real funny capcom just putting the fiend luring license in your inventory. Some new players are in for a rude awakening.
Welp, finished BBI and while I agree it has pretty good level design, I dont know why people praise it so much.
it has terrible balance, Daimon is weak as fuck, I had to flee from 2 impossible rooms ( 2x condemned gorecyclops ), and now that I've seen what 2.0 looks like I dont even know why people bother with that shit.
The only goal is to get the biggest strenght / magic number in your stats sheet.
I wish they used the time to develop BBI on actually improving the base game, you can tell there is so much missing, and how pretty much every kind of armor is useless because you dont care about strenght / magic defense and debilitations.
Its the one thing you notice when starting BBI, and to me it feels as if they wanted to compensate for this lack of coherence in the base game, except they have overdone it.
I'm still getting blinded / petrified all the time even with 50>% resists, and the pawns might as well not be there.
I had a very good time in the first 2 hours when I discovered BBI, then it quickly went downhill and I already know I'm not gonna bother with 2.0 any further after killing the drake in the garden of ignomity.
That said, I cant wait for a proper DD 2, with better balance around damage / defenses and, if god wills it, better pawn AI, because there is so much love put into this game.
Fuck. Abyssal isn't doing too much damage against this fucker and demonswrath only takes like 1 bar away. Please tell me this guy is stacking item buffs and rocking high level weapons or something.
It's not quite full easy mode but it does trash almost everything BBI can throw at it.
You're better off with other vocations outside of BBI though.
This made me happy since I love magic archer.
If you ask me magic archer is the most diverse vocation.
How do I train my warrior pawn with my sorc arisen? I really don't want to play warrior myself.
>check friends list for mage to hire
>only one at level 200
Well that kinda sucks. I always carry a mage in my party.
Ignore that guy.
>get pilgrims charms
>brine your pawns
>go to the great wall encampment
>rest till night
>go to the lich near the encampment (check wiki)
>kill the skeles he summons
>wait for him to spawn more
>kill them again and repeat
I did this from 50 to 200. You'll end up with ~70 million gold.
If you're mage/sorc/MA, stand in or behind the tomb farthest from the chests (it has a bush next to it) and wait for them to pile up. Blast them all at once with Comestion.
If you're fighter/assassin, get Ascalon from Urdy and use full moon slash.
MK can enchant their weapons with holy/fire.
If you're ranger/strider just get the strongest bow you can and fivefold/tenfold flurry them down.
If you're playing warrior then I don't know why you care about playing this game efficiently in the first place.
>it has terrible balance, Daimon is weak as fuck, I had to flee from 2 impossible rooms ( 2x condemned gorecyclops ), and now that I've seen what 2.0 looks like I dont even know why people bother with that shit.
>"It's too easy but it's too hard"
Stopped reading. Here's your (You)
>mfw it tries to escape but I put it down
Sword has good damage but nothing else
Daggers have good damage and all the utility
Use sword until you rank up a load then use daggers because they're flat out better.
One hand sword with no shield looks so fucking cool though
Great, i guess when i go back to DD for some farming i'll just pack up all the blast arrows i can take and Conquerors and just fuck up Daimon 2.0 or whatever comes in my way
Anyone want to rent? Got challenger and scather. Level 65.
> I had to flee from 2 impossible rooms ( 2x condemned gorecyclops )
they're chained up for a reason oh my god
not to mention that fleeing is literally one of the core design principles of the dungeon
Man, my first run of DD (on xbox) was when I dressed in full griffith set, with no shield, and just played the game with Guts Pawn. Seeing this team as final boss was the coolest thing ever.
It's been a while since I've done BBI, can I just run past everything if I want to grab a late item? I remember switches, door gems and all that, but I can't remember if you were required to beat anything to get past it (bishop etc).
Got tired of teh steam forums?
Discounting the fact that its auto aim, playing as an MA with lackluster weapons at vocation rank 4, I'm shitting more damage than any other class.
The only thing that's even come close is dual High Fulmination. DUAL. My shitfit MA is crapping out more damage than the second highest which was 2 sorcerors.
That shit isn't right.
Seems about right.
Thats the ring ability I got, Ninefold.
I don't know what it is but I love this screenshot
Chasing Shadows is a quest where you sneak after someone, go talk to Mason to get it, then check with Fournival the next day. If that doesn't work just back up your save and advance through the storyline, checking with Fournival occasionally. Escort Duty shouldn't be lost until you get close to the end of the main quest.
Wanna switch my Sorc back to support Mage since there's a shitload of Sorc in the Rift and it's a pain in the ass to find a healer, what's the good set up? Level 74.
thats exactly what balance means.
Daimon, the final fight, was weaker than some rooms I had to flee.
Thats what I call poor balance, but you cant into reading comprehension obviously.
>I feel like mine isnt being rented because she's wearing that OP Princess set and not dressed like a 2 dollar hooker...
Well I agree I might have overlooked that fact, but I killed the one in midnight helix easily, so I figured I could take on 2, even more so when I had upgraded some gear on me and my pawn to silver df & had better weapons.
Now, I'll never understand why they send you into a room that you're supposed to flee in the first place.
I'm not roleplaying that shit, I'm here to kill bad guys.
>cleared out the trolls from the quarry
>no more undead
What am I supposed to do now? I want those 40 war bugles
MK is just as good, senpai
what is giving you trouble?
>being this shit at single player games
I had some idol from the old Arisen's cave, but I sold it.
Anyone know off the top of their head if emphasis works on the magick archer abilities to increase knockdown? Never played one on PS3, thought I'd give it a go, and it's fun. I fucked of chsing shadows so Maddy never opened her shop, so I couldn't get the barbed nails for the increased knockdown, wondering if this would be a suitable replacement.
That was the bronze one, that isn't too important.
There is still a silver and gold one available.
If you get the gold one, MAKE A FORGERY.
Give them the real one keep the forgery. The forgery will get you a 30% discount at shops.
those are talking about the base game.
I'm making legit points about BBI, but please continue to be oblivious to the biggest flaws of this game and praise it as it was perfect.
As I said BBI has good level design, but it tries to have you farming stuff when there is no end-game in the first place and is terribly balanced.
You would have to suck capcom dick pretty hard to deny that, but be my guest.
Btw I'm not posting on the steam forums, but your post makes this general look exactly the same, faggot.
>lost and found
>high levelled bandits
I beat them up as a fighter without having spent any discipline points, pretty sure I still had the well to do as well
How the fuck is it a hard fight
Those are just ones I had picked up so far, I had been keeping em in the bank but the Griffon was such a pain in the ass to keep on the ground when I baited it earlier and none of the mage/sorcerer pawns I was hiring would cast their fire spells reliably enough, so I decided to take the whole fire thing into my own hands
I wasn't expecting it to fucking melt the bastard like that
I agree, especially in regard to Daimon 2.0.
The general strategy here is to get a fuckstrong weapon and stack periapts to stunlock him, and if you don't have those you're just going to be stuck on a five hour long fight where he can one shot you at any time with instant cast spells and the spooky ghost dragon arms that cover half the planet in one swipe.
Not much atm really. Giant chained cyclopses, the red ghosts and fucking garm packs are the only thing truly giving me trouble(red ghosts just take forever to kill). Armor is just taking a long time. Going to try cannoning it once the armor is broken and see if it just starts resisting physical damage when the armor breaks. Between my warrior pawn and abyssal anguish I pretty much stun lock anything else that isn't a cursed dragon(and that fucker took forever).
Why are you entertaining the delusion that people want your fucking review in the general for a video game? That we need a debate about the pros and cons of DLC for a four year old game?
Here's a little social clue: people only really care about positive things in a place designed to enjoy a game together. Sorry if it's not "honest" but it's just the norm.
Are you autistic? I don't mean that as a buzzword, either.
>that second one
>I managed to -almost- beat dark souls 2
>why is the normal mode this difficult
>They changed the intro music for Dark Arisen
I was so hyped too.
>rate 5 stars all around
> "It was a pleasure."
>The Saurians of "Dragon's Dogma" were designed less as battle-hungry warriors and more as highly territorial animals. Whenever another creature enters their territory, they will act threateningly by raising the spikes on their head. Their spears are more for hunting than combat. In other words, they're not bad people, so cut off their tails if you have to but please let them escape!
>ur-dragon weapon farming is a thing
>/ddg/ keeps talking about how shit perma-enchanted weapons are
I'm not seeing the point here, are they good or not?
What are some good skills and augments for ranger pawns? I'm guessing I might need to make use of a couple of other vocations for augments, since the ranger ones look like they wouldn't be much good for pawns.
no preset, I just turned on the original post processing
without it it looks like this, but the shadows are like 11:59 pm type dark in the daytime
Holy fuck, yeah cannoning it is really effective once it loses it armor.
Yeah that augment is a fucking requirement I feel like. I hate how the group buff only lasts 45 seconds without it, especially since it only buffs the main weapons.
You could grind and farm chest before post game in hope to find the same gear he sells when he gets that gold idol. That gear becomes obsolete when you get in everfall and grind there. And everfall gear becomes obsolete because you can find them in BBI and BBI gear is even better than those. Do whatever fancies your bone.
>Dragons Dogma is hard
I've never played Dark Souls/Bloodbourne and this game seems a lot easier than those games.
>Fighting Dire Wolves and Snow Harpies on hard for dat xp and dosh
>Loli hire is useless, keeps overwriting my fire enchant with holy and ice
>Getting my shit kicked in, took my last red wine from Mercedes
>Suddenly slow motion cut to loli pawn floating in air
>High comestan direct hit, removes a bar and a half killing the Chimera and a few Harpies.
wew, Guess i'll keep her for a while longer.
possible if you exploit a bug
maybe they want some better weapons before heading to BBI, dunno
>In the bloodless stockade
>Drove death away, killed the 2 cyclops and vile eyes
>Pawn remarks how this object is cursed
>Just stands there, looking at it
>Won't pick it up
>I go over and pick it up
>Water is deeper than the rest of the area, I get drenched, lantern goes out
>Unequipping and requipping the lantern
>"Careful master, the water is deep here"
Fucking fairy faggot pawn didn't want to get drenched, but let me. I'd brine you if it weren't for the double dragon room next.
dragonforged bbl lv 2 weapon and you can do anything
at the time you're trying to get started on BBI holy is really good because gazer, cursed dragons (e.g. vs. dank pope), and many other mobs are weak to it
they're good gap-bridging weapons, you can easily use one up through daimon when you start seeing weapon level 2s
>mfw hearing the Dark Arisen drake theme for the first time
Also, Daimon literally did nothing wrong
It's true, i had some giant saurians in a room in BBI together with a wyrm, they just stood there sleeping while i was wrecking it. When i tried to go near em those things just stood there watching me and then went back to sleep.
Saurians are cool
>doing fournival quest
>convince Sara and the little shit.
>Jasper suddenly disappear from gran soren
Swords have Full Moon Slash, which is basically 2 full seconds of invincibility everytime you use it, and it can be used always unless you're like lying on the floor.
Sword also has Clarity, which is a decent counter attack.
Sounds silly, but outside of Invisibility + Liquid Vim, swords have the highest survivability for Assassins (and shields offer the highest damage output thanks to giving you a constant 4 free conquerer periapts).
fighting bandits on hard is a deadly game of the AI deciding if it wants to hit you for 1 damage with regular attacks or kill you in 1 hit from full hp with a ability
>you have to hold back on going full snu snu if you want hires
I'm sure I don't get as much as loli mages, but my amazon warrior still gets a decent amount of hires and usually 4/5 star ratings
>Go to Black Abbey
>Easy, if slightly annoying fight because >Sirens
>Take them all down aside from 1 Chimera that isn't agressive
>Look a bit closer
>All its parts are actually dead, but the Sirens had kept it alive
>All it can do is a back leg kick
Also, whoever's pawn "Jeanne" is (got her from the doc), she jumped down a pit when I ran to loot a chest.
I assume that means you get a 3star everything.
