Start hosting Levis for red box chances. Replace the fire weapons with MLB'd Leviathan SR daggers and guns and replace those with SSR daggers as you get them. Don't forget to skill up your SSR dagger and, when you have enough Leviathan weapons at a nice skill level, switch to a MLB'd Levi magna summon as your main.

Pic related was more or less my pool at rank 60, with 2 daggers at skill level 10 and the other 3 at skill level 5. I hope you've been farming Levis since week 1 of when you started playing and don't forget to save up magna points to trade in for more daggers if Water is your main element.

They're basically a sort of achievement. When you complete certain things, such as progress to a certain point in the story, complete all the panel missions etc, you get one of those badge things.

There are some hard ones like winning all of your Guild War matches with your guild, but if you collect them all you can get a Guild War character so it's pretty worth.

Leave coop exp out of the picture. Coop is just powerlevelling without adding any power to you. Even when playing casually and with only slight magna grinding, you'll be at the strength of what your level should be with all the weapon drops.

No, enter a quest that you haven't completed and hit the retire button so you don't finish the battle. You'll get your AP back and the summon list will refresh.
