So I did some statistics. We know the odds for rolling a 5-star is 1%. Furthermore, we know these odds are independent of what Servant you roll. When you summon a 5-star, since there are 18 5-stars, the odds of getting a saberface is Arturia + Atilla + Okita + Mordred + Jeanne = 5/18.
We multiply this with the odds of getting a 5-star to get around 0.0028, or 0.28% of getting a saberface.

But! There are also 4-star Saberfeces. Let's use the 12% rate of rolling a 4-star.
There are 23 4-stars. Counting Seibahs, there's Alter, Lily, Nero, Lancer Artoria, Santa. Which means there's 5/23 odds of getting a Saberface.
Again, independence, so 5/23* 12/100 = 0.026 = 2.6%.

The odds of getting a Saberface are therefore the first happening or the second. In other words, just add the odds 0.28 + 2.6 = 2.88%.
In other words, the odds you'll roll a Saberface are 3%, thrice the odds of rolling a 5-star and a full 5000+ times the likelihood of rolling a specific 5-star.

You can use her 2nd skill to help mitigate damage from a chimera or whatever enemy that likes to buff itself all the time while being too strong to burst it down in one turn.

Besides, the enemy does love to stack buffs and the last time we fought someone who spammed invulns like crazy, everyone cried so hard for her to get nerfed and the only other person who can remove buffs will get her ass kicked simply because one of the people famous for invuln spamming is a Rider.
