I think it's nowhere near on the level as TERA in terms of race-specific varieties. It was always just Females of all races get 1 design stretched and skewed to fit each one's shape roughly + special Elin version. On one or two rare occasions, the males would get one too.
B&S has plenty for everyone, and even fanservice for males.

PvE has some good content, though there's only one real hard mode dungeon at the moment. Plenty of stuff that should be coming over the next 8-10 months though.
PvP is far and above the biggest draw to the game though. If you're not mainly a PvPer or at least PvX, this really isn't a game for you.

There's no PvE content at all. This game was built around PvP and more precisely 1v1 combat. Even 5v5 just means you tag people in to take your place in a fight.

PvE content is really fucking small even in Korea, basically they focused on PvP, latency, and balancing for PvP and then through a Tower of Babylon Single-Player PvE tower you can go through as a one-off to shut up PvE players.

There are no raids or anything of the sort. Also the story that came from Korea/China/Russia has been completely re-written to appeal to the Western Audience, things have been censored, edited or completely removed from the story so you can't even at least skim the story if you're barely interested because there's nothing now.
