Here me out.

With WotA + Spirit Visage + Morello's you get max cdr, giving you even more ability to spam abilities, heal and soak damage. I know the mana regen is wasted, but I theorize that it's worth it, especially with the added mag-pen for more damage. I was thinking you can round off the build with rabadon's + Void Staff.

Thoughts? Would this work or is it just a meme?
