I asked yesterday, this is the advice I was given

Learn to Blitz his teleport j.HS shenanigans.

IB Alpha Blade and/or the follow-up for a free punish.

Don't let him do that command grab for free because he's not invincible at all during it, and eating a counter hit as Chipp is practically a death knell.

His ground-mix ups are pretty bad. He only has two overheads (6K and the last hit of rekka), and both are slow.

A lot of Chipp's go for tech air throw frame traps, so don't just tech at the earliest possible moment every time.

The hardest part is just handling jump in j.HS mix-ups, and that just takes practice.

Also, average Chipps usually do two types of teleporting patterns: one or two random teleports before going to the one they want, or they just straight up teleport where they want to go. Once you figure out which type they are, you can read them easily.

Really good Chipp players will actually try to trick you up with teleports, but just be ready to react.

Oh, and watch out for wake-up DP. It's not as good as Sol's, but it's still pretty good.

I would try out SF first. Good amount of people still play 3S, or you can just play SF4. If you want a faster game, you can play KoF or anime games like Guilty Gear. 3S, SF2, and KoF are on Fightcade, so it's free. SF4 is like $15, GG is around $30 I think.

As for the rest, you're probably better off concentrating on her netral game since it can be not easy with her, learn to use the j. 214s and learn not to spam them because good players will punish you for it, othe rthan that she has j.236 which are not bad.
