Ygopro (Salvation): http://ygopro.us/
DN is an flash simulator.
YGOPro is an automated simulator.
Salvation is an simulator that updates with new cards a day or so after they are revealed (other simulators typically take much longer to update), but suffers from several bugs.
Devpro is another simulator, with laggy and unstable servers that lack a competitive ladder.
All are free to play.
The Official /dng/'s ruling test can be found here:
BEFORE ASKING TO BE SPOONFEEDED, TRY THE FOLLOWING:
● Read carefully the cards.
● Lurk and read carefully the archives.
● Keep any deck you use on 41 cards.
● Google your Deck before you post it here. If your deck is/was competitive it will probably have topped an event.
● Most Yu-Gi-Oh Games have an option between Singles (Self explanatory, a single Game) and Matches (Best of 3). It is recommended that you play Matches, as Singles does not teach you how to use your Side Deck.
>Unlimited DOCS is worth more than BOSH
>SHIV won't have a card worth more than $10
Thanks for the change Konami, anyone opening sealed products in >current year is an idiot anyway and deserve to lose money
>First of the Dragons
>Not the first Dragon-type ever printed
>Not making yugioh great again
>Sings cringe worthy propaganda
>only three cards worth over $20
>no UR above $10
>Remember when people said this would be one of the biggest money sets?
Honestly Im surprised, Konami took what could have been the best set of the next 3 years, and turned it into pure shit.
All the exclusives are shit. All the ultras are shit. Twin Twister is arguably the only good super, and it's shortprinted.
If you don't pull Strike or Sorcerer from your box, your box is worthless.
And let's not forget, Konami making an awful small number of boxes in the first wave just to rape everyone's wallet by artificially increasing the cost of every pack.
I told everyone this was going to happen, the pink dolphins came to me on my dreams and told me all their plans, this started with the Secrets Forces and it's not going to stop.
Why are bosh cards so cheap compared to what we're used to? $50 - $60 for meta breaking shit seems actually reasonable in yugioh prices. I just bought a solemn strike for 50 bucks.
>Konami doesnt shortprint any cards
>they instead shortprint the entire set
Glad those fucks did it. I got my preorder money back and just bought what I needed. Tcg gets cucked again
R8 my Dark Paladin Turbo deck.
And help me make it better.
>no kosmo tin or ship
Just 2 rafflesia and 2 counter trap negating stuff if you discard the same
Honestly, this was my biggest waste of money ever, and i just bought them in hopes of getting some $$$ back since the only thing i wanted from the boxes was pendulum storm, twin twister and apocrypha.
Screw solemn notice, i doubt it ll stay at 3 for long
>you didnt just buy the twin twisters for $5
i said, i mainly bought boxes in hope of getting $$$ by seeling the expensive cards like sorc/solemn/infinity.
At least got 3x storm/twister/apocrypha
More of a Dark Magician/Ebon Magician deck, but you can add extra Paladins if necessary.
Pretty consistently fills the field with Paladin, Ebon, Dark Magician, and/or Magi Magi and Amulet in a single turn.
From what I've heard they produce based off preorders. A lot of shops didn't preorder much because people legitimately thought the new pack/ ratio system would be the death of yugioh. People are so used to getting fucked that the prospect of something beneficial to them is somehow terrifying to them.
Yeah, but the thing is that I want to focus on Dark Paladin. And your deck needs improvement but I'm sure some nice /dng/ trips and anons will help you.
If you ask them nicely.
Banning my entire hand isn't going to help me if I abandon helpful cards, but I admit that as a one-off, it can help.
Actually, it was supposed to be here instead of the summoner's art. Searching the Dark Magicians will do harm to me, since I need them in the deck.
I really don't see the point to poly and king of the swamp at all, unless you max both of them.
To effectively use poly, you need to draw it AND king of the swamp, because you don't run buster blader for prisma.
You might wanna consider either adding a single buster blader so primsa can use it, or maxing king of the swamp and poly.
It's effectively a discard to draw spell. And it's not like the GY matters in that deck.
To 35. Its shit, OPT and no retard would something in Attack for it to eat. Wasting 3 extra deck spaces for it is also bad, also can easily be baited to be weakened enough to run over
The thing is I need all other 36 cards in the deck.
Yes, even the 5 traps.
So I thought I'll just put 2 KotS and 2 Poly for situational plays to summon Amulet Dragon and/or Absolute Zero.
And if I can't use them as they are, I can just discard them to activate Twin Twisters, or set them and use them as bait.
So unless there's exactly 4 cards that can replace them, I'll just keep my deck as it is.
>3 seven memes
this is why no one takes you seriously
>once per turn any effect negation is bad
>would something in Attack for it to eat
stop replying to him newfag
Okay, here's the 3rd version.
But I wonder if
Dodger Dragonis a good idea or not. Help please.
Youre honestly better off running Odd-Eyes Magicians but replace Odd-Eyes with Dark Magician and search it with Summoner's Art. Also run Beatrice to
Mill Eye of Timaeus and synch into Enlightment Paladin to retrieve it
>tfw book of Moon Danke Matter and proceed to burn for 4000
Titanic Galaxy and Rafflesia don't eat up THREE spots in your Extra and also force you to summon a useless fucking monster before you summon the one that is any good
There's a good reason why most OCG builds started dropping CDI even when they still had access to Ptolemaeus and opted for more utility Rank 5's instead.
>an archetype based around a mechanical dinosaur being a fusion has turned into a degenerate Xyz "whoever wins RPS to go first wins"
"Pendulum Summoned Performapal Pendulum Sorcerer from his hand. The Sorcerer destroyed Monkeyboard to add Performapal Guitartle to Ryan’s hand. "
So they are ruling it OCG style in YCS Sydney.
>STILL cant pop your own S/T non scales to search off
>Blue-eyes X Galaxy-eyes.dek
>use accelight for Wizard to sac itself for soldier
>use soldier to drop a white stone to summon itself
>search for both a vanilla BEWD and another solider
>reveal the Vanilla for Alternative Dragon
>drop the vanilla for soldier
>use Galaxy Expedition for Galaxy-eyes Photon Dragon
>go into Infinity and Hope Titanic and pass
Ok first turn Y/N?
Lava Golem ;)
No seriously I have Lava Golem in my side deck (for Blue Eyes.dek)
But the deck sounds very interesting. I'd like to see the ratios first before judging on consistency though. But again it sounds fun.
No no no no no no. Those are strong words. It's a petdeck and only that BUT it can steal a match here and there from tier 1 decks. I'm having fun working with different tech and ratios for it however.
It's just a random idea I had since Blue-eyes works well with all of its spiritual successors like Red Dragon Archfiend and Galaxy eyes so I wondered if I could merge them together into one deck.
It's still a WIP since I'm still testing it so feel free to made modifications.
It's not that strong, it just has too many techs which makes it fun to build and see how shit works
Weirdly enough I could see this working but I'd like to see it in action to see if it has any hiccups at any point of the game. I'd love to test out my Blue Eyes deck against you anon when I get home. I'll put a hosting post later on.
King, I want your opinion on the final version of my Hieratic Blader deck.
I have no experience with that deck anon, so I can't give you an honest assessment. Keep play testing with it though to weed out the weakest cards you'll get the ratios you need.
Is there anything waiting there?
I should be able to change.
I’ll do your glittering MAKEUP.
The texture of your skin, your CHERRY LIPS, your enchanting, CUTE eyes
You with your glistening NAILS and decorated, beautifully finished hair
Is it okay if I embrace you?
What the hell was that song about?
The whole movie was about Yugi, Judai and Yusei beating Paradox before he messes up the past yet here's this song about a guy talking about a girl he wants to do her makeup then date her
Yugi I can understand since he was cucked by Atem for almost all of the 224 episodes DM was airing and he didn't even talk to Anzu
Judai was gay so it makes no sense unless they're talking about Yubel
Yusei was more into his D-wheel and Bruno than Aki so it still makes no sense.
Did you even watch Seasons 3 and 4?
He didn't care about Rei and Asuka and only cared about Yubel and Johan and went as far as to cross dimensions for him.
The only protagonist to beat Judai in gayness is Yuma
Or Blair. I mean god-damn. That's evidence enough.
Why does Jaden completely ditch Cyrus and everyone else in favor of Jesse anyway? Like they knew each other for a fraction of the time but he has such an obscene preference for him. He must be a homo, no other explanation.
To be honest I stopped watching when the nigger turned into a dinosaur and flew into space with an alien to destroy a satellite that was mind controlling everyone.
But I did read the synopsis on the rest of the series, apparently I didn't miss much.
>Everything except the most expensive shit
>In a deck guaranteed to get list fucked eventually
How bad do you want to dominate locals?
Actually season 3 is the best part. If the anime had stopped here the end would have been perfect.
Kaiser's death was just awesome. Why did they have to bring him back as a cripple in season 4?
To be honest I stopped watching when the nigger turned into a dinosaur and flew into space with an alien to destroy a satellite that was mind controlling everyone.
T-That wasn't a dream sequence?
>T-That wasn't a dream sequence?
Afraid not, boyo.
Looks like I might have missed out. Was it as good as season 1 of 5Ds? Fuck that was the best season YGO ever had imo.
No, it wasn't as good as the first season of 5D's. It was still great; the atmosphere changes and the show becomes really dark, with main characters dying and all.
Of course, season 4 ruins it by bringing them back. Oh well, badass Judai is still fun to watch.
>Actually season 3 is the best part. If the anime had stopped here the end would have been perfect.
Go away 4kids, so we just assume that Judai died after his duel with Yubel and people just move on without him? Season 4 showed Judai's maturity and it had the best end with him fighting Yugi, even though he lost since he rammed Neos into Slifer
General programming question regarding Switch/Cases
If I want something like
if (case 3 OR case 4) ...;
case 2:... etc.
By the nature of how cases work, can I just go
case 2: ...?
Not sure if it works for all languages, but yea, you can do that. Also, you should do
case 3: case 4: case 5:
If you don't use break, it will probably not behave like you wanted to, because it will execute the code for the cases below too.
In this situation:
case 3: case 4: case 5:
entering case 1 will execute code1, code2 and code3
Yugi from the present tells Judai that he can face the strongest duelist and sends him back in time to when Yugi was at his prime, right after Battle City.
In the last turn of the duel Atem special summons a 5K Slifer/Osiris.
Judai can choose to either end his turn (sending the god back into the grave) and leave Atem with no outs to his 3000 ATK Neos (or 3400 ATK Flare Neos) and 4300 ATK Shining Flare Wingman or use this once in a lifetime chance to fight a god with Neos.
No one really know what happens then because he never actually declared an attack.
Season 4 starts off with Judai skipping classes since after fusing with Yubel, his body has become strained which tires him. At the same time, after a mysterious student who claims that he's always been enrolled despite nobody seeing him shows up and one by one students start vanishing and Judai goes to investigate. The cause of these disappearances is due to them jobbing to a man wearing tight leather called Trueman who banishes people to the world of darkness if they lose. Trueman is actually a personification of "darkness" inside people's hearts i.e sadness, doubt, depression so he shows up and duels you if you feel sad or doubt yourself. Judai takes out multiple of them in duels since Yubel protects and encourages him from their brainwashing.
The climax is when the whole world besides Judai(and apparently Kaiba) are the only ones left on the earth after everyone is absorbed into the world of darkness.
Judai duels Trueman's boss, Darkness and defeats him using Divine Neos which frees people and kills Darkness.
Afterwards, Judai skips his graduation ceremony and meets Yugi all grown up who says that he lost something and he needs to find it so Yugi sends him back in time to duel his past self(which happens sometime before Millenium World since Atem is still alive).
See this video for how it ended. Judai ran off into the desert and that's how GX ended.
>The climax is when the whole world besides Judai(and apparently Kaiba) are the only ones left on the earth after everyone is absorbed into the world of darkness.
>No fucking Marik or Ishizu or Bakura or anyone else touched by magic or with superhuman abilities in card games, the only thing that matters in Yugioh
>Just motherfucking Kaiba
I wonder how he passed the time as the last man on Earth. Maybe he went crazy and that's why he invented Synchro Summoning.
>Draw Light Mirror against Kozmos
>They only draw Dark monsters
>Draw Shadow Mirror
>They only draw Light monsters
>Draw two of one and one of the other
>They snipe both copies of the one that happens to hit the attribute they drew into with Twin Twister
Every single deck would benefit from Subspatial Battle
>Burning Abyss goes +3 each turn
>Infernoids get free search
>Chaos.dek comes back in full force
>Mill Wulfs and Skeletons
>Synchro Masturbation gathers resources faster
The only other GX card which would break the game would be power wall due to Chaos, Lightsworns and Infernoids going full force due to the deck being in the graveyard.
>dumping Beast, Falco, Dragon, Trickclown, Damage Juggler simultaneously
>dumping any Burning Abyss simultaneously
Tachyon Transmigration would become a staple in any deck like Blue-eyes which uses Rank 8 if this were to ever happen since it negates the whole chain.
>cards from GX that weren't printed and should to be printed
Death and Rebirth
(maybe) Level Bond
Arcana Force XV
The Unselected One
Who the fuck are all these new niggas? And they still haven't fixed monkeyboard bug when playing online.
He's mexican, what do you expect?
>no time stream
>no fossil fusion and that whole archetype
>no Illusion Gate
>no Ojama Ride and Ojama Delta Thunder
>no drain time and D-force
>no specimen inspection
>no contact soul
>no cross change
>no E N shufle
>no MAGNETS and ALCHEMY
>no take over 5
>no SLASH DRAW
>no Tag request
>no DOUBLE FUSION
>no REMOVE BOMB
>no Koala march
>no card loan
>no fossil hammer
>no Akashic record
>no charge or the satellite cannon archetype
>no LITMUS or MATADOR
>no white veil
>no mud max
>no Name of a Friend
>no Hero's rule 5 freedoms
>no any of the Amazonnes support Misawa's gf gave.
Did you even watch GX?
BOTH OF YOU CAN KISS MY ASS.
and it is suffering
still waiting for replays to be webmConv compatible
>>no Name of a Friend
All this time I thought that was actually printed.
Also need this printed and MORE CLEARS HOLY SHIT
Attribute Master and all that shit too
since we're on cards we want to be printed, does anybody else here want more Phantom Beast support?
It was out of the blue for Chimera and Gazelle to mention that name but the archetype is so shit that it's better if it weren't mentioned.
Maybe the new movie can retrain Gazelle and Berformet as well as Chimera and give some more monsters and spells so it can be decent like Blue-eyes is.
>all this GX support talk
>nothing about the guy with the deckdestruction.dek
PRINT THIS AND TRAP BOOSTER KONAMI
>not Sowing of the Fool
Too bad it's archetype specific.
Sowing with Infernoids would be a whole new world of unfun.
>Declaration of Rebirth
>Break the seal
>Neo signal Neos Shining Road and Future Vision
Konami will never be done printing cards at this rate. and don't even get me started on 5ds and Zexal with all those situational cards.
Okay, so someone's gotta explain the logic that drives people to make "No Pendulum/No meta/No netdecks" rooms. I joined such a room, with a non-pendulum, non-meta deck I made myself, but the guy left anyway when I started kicking his ass. I mean, seriously, what the fuck?
>Play Dark Law, set 4 and pass
>Opponent Castels it
>CotH Shadow Mist, search
>etc. etc. Opponent hits Dark Mist with something
>Play Hero Shield
>Keep my Dark Mist, go +1-3 depending on what deck they're playing
As a HERO player, my erection tells me I want this damn card
I saw this too. I need to open a new box at my locals. What did you pull?
>all these videos showing that Konami fucked up the BOSH packs pattern
>decide to buy a box
>get an extra ultra right under the ultra pack
I don't know how to feel about this.
>Dark Worlds were supposed to have a fusion monster with Super Polymerization.
I can't imagine how fucking busted it would be if it were printed now when all boss monsters need to have some sort of protection.
neither will Chaos End Ruler of Begining & End
Quaking Mirror Force
Mostly shit I wanted.
Since a lot of this shit is dropping hard, I might pick up some of it in-case if this shit ends up spiking when YCS Georgia comes around.
Rate my attempt at PePe
Be sure to call me a faggot when I deserve it
>People who unironically play Vanguard or FoW
Apply the rule of diminishing quantities. -2 Maxx "C", -1 Damage Juggler, -1 Mirror thingy, -1 Strike
Remove shitty cards; -1 Giant Hand, -1 Stellarknight Constellar Diamond
Add good cards; + 3 Skullcrobat Joker, +2 Lizardraw, +1 Guiturtle, +2 Monkeyboard, +1 Master Pendulum, +1 Utopia, +1 Utopia the Lightning
what cards do you want printed just for the art?
>trying to spread disinformation
Yea have fun with your 2 Damage Juggler (the card that can negate wavering eyes and stops otks while setting up for the next turn all on its own) and 2 plush fire (the degenerated card that literally wins you games).
Just in case you dont know what they did because you clearly only have stupid second hand knowledge.
I can understand why Damage Juggler is run at 2. At 3 it can be cloggy when you want combo pieces instead of Jugglers in your hand, but the same could be said about Wavering or any of the traps. Plus, as a searcher, Juggler can put the breaks on the opponent as well as set up for a devastating combo as the best goddamn Hand Trap in the game.
With all due respect, I think 3 Juggler is the way to go.
Why do brazilian yugioh players always have to point out that they're from brazil?
They're probably looking for other Spanish-speakers, and excusing their garbage-ass Brazilian internet. As an Australia I feel like if I say I'm from down south it excuses that somewhat.
But, Brazilians are fucking shit in general so who knows.
If everything is shortprinted, then nothing is
I JUST said I'm an Aussie you fucking moron, are we infested in Mexicans like you Americucks? Then why the fuck would we need to learn Spanish?
Why'd they adopt Portuguese? What did Portugal ever do for them?
hey guys can someone explain me the value of Eyes as a main deck card aside the "hur dur side against PePe" what's the trick with the card in a non-mirror match or against anything not named Pepe/Qulipoth (yeah I know Qluipoth in 2016 gj)
>I'm too stupid to understand basic fucking language so I'll just call everyone an Americuck
Yep, you're an Aussie alright. Lotta irony with you saying Brazilians are shit though. Pot meet the fucking Kettle
Portugal and Spain basically cut South America up and divided it down some longitude, but Portugal only got Brazil and probably some random islands nearby while Spain got most of South America.
Yet another Turbo deck.
This time it's
>Aussie gets mad that he's called an idiot for not knowing something basically everyone who has gone through highschool
>Proceeds to deflect and shitpost all over the place to save face
Protip: America isn't the only place that you can learn Spanish in school retard
Do more of you guys play on Dueling Network or YGOPRO?
I am super casual in Yu-Gi-Oh, and not particularly familiar with all of the rules or keep up with new card sets. I figure I will keep my shitter ass on PRO. Haven't played in probably two or so years, back when people were trying to make Madolche's playable.
Ygopro is better for the casual fan, whereas DN is probably better for the more experienced and dedicated duelist. That being said, there are a lot of scrubs on both: DN just has better matchmaking and a level where, eventually, you stop running into those scrubs.
DN if you're willing to grind rated to actually play against the "good" players that actually go to tournaments like Based Loli
YGOPro if you're not competitive and don't mind glitches fucking up your games on occasion.
>trying to make Madolche's playable
Oh boy, are you in for a
Sounds like I should redownload PRO.
I loved Madolche's, was the only deck I played on PRO.
Are you saying they are a decent tier deck now? Last I remember the meta was spellbooks.
DN is better when you're low-ranked. Every game is basically this.
They're definitely not high tier, but they're a serviceable deck (read: not completely unplayable garbage). They won't consistently win tournaments, but they've gotten scattered tops here and there over the years because Tiaramisu is a degenerate card. Especially when you cheat like Alexander Thomas
Since you left when Spellbooks were meta, you probably know about Hootcake, but missed out on his best friend Anjelly coming out later
Do people still play spellbooks or has that died also?
Also is their a new type of summoning out besides XYZ?
I honestly am probably just going to go read up the wiki to try to see important things I've missed.
Bst dragon. Prove me wrong.
>Do people still play spellbooks or has that died also?
Konami killed Spellbooks by banning Judgment.
>Also is their a new type of summoning out besides XYZ?
Yes, Pendulum Summon.
I dont understand. Instead of these shitty filler cards literally nobody plays, not even little kids, why arent they just adding random support cards for old archetypes?
Im not saying Konami should make them competetive just some card that slightly raises them from completely outdated and unplayable to petdeck tier.
I know Konami wants to massively shill their new cards, but they would be making a lot more money this way by increasing their playerable instead of making everybody hate the company.
For example, they literally could just go and release pendulum monsters for basically all the old and dead archetypes.
Because Pendulum Summoning doesn't fit every deck. For instance, adding a set of four Pendulums for Morphtronics wouldn't help the deck much, if at all. Pendulums work best when working in an exclusively Pendulum environment with a steady stream of recurring materials rather than relatively fragile shit that hits the Graveyard and doesn't float like many older archetypes. Certain archetypes, certainly, could use with a revamping like Necrovalley could receive a Pendulum variant where it locked Pendulum summons from the Extra. But, at the end of the day, it still doesn't fix the maindeck problems with the Gravekeepers being fucking pathetic.
They saw a little bit of play even after Judgment was banned because Fate was still obnoxious, but dropped off after it was limited. Fate is back at 2 now, but most decks from the Xyz era were left behind by the powercreep of Duelist Alliance
Of course, I still continue to play Madolches, and probably will continue to do so until it becomes impossible them to function in the game at all. Though making the deck worse than it was before Tiaramisu even existed would be really impressive
Not even talking about the nostalgiafags. Clearly, Konami is pandering to them by making red-eyes, BLS, etc.
Im not asking for support for decks outdated by billions of years and going for the nostalgic feel. Just a slight update to old decks.
A new spellbook here, a pair of geargia pendulums there, etc. wouldnt really look all too hard to make.
Yes, but nobody gave a fuck about it, which is why they didn't do it for more irrelevant archetypes, which is the point being argued.
Try achieving some reading comprehension next time.
Not every pendulum support needs to focus on the recurring extra deck summons. You can also just focus on the part where they can be either Spell/Monster and special summoning from hand.
You are looking at this too narrowly, not everything needs to be Pepe.
You just said it was too much effort to give older archetypes support and then brought up fucking Koa'ki Meiru's of all things as an example, something that has in fact received support twice
Just admit you were talking out of your ass, this entire year has been nothing BUT Konami giving support to older archetypes you fuck
I need opinions on a combo I think I created. I haven't been able to find trace of it anywhere on the internet.
It goes as follows:
Have Obelisk, Lightpulsar Dragon and Red-Eyes Darkness Metal on field (sounds hard, isn't, if you run Dragons like I do)
Activate Obelisk's effect using Pulsar and Darkness M and destroy opponent 's monsters. While Lightpulsar and Red-Eyes go in the grave, chain LP's effect, and use it to Special Summon Red-Eyes DM. After that, activate DM's effect and bring back LP.
Enter Battle Phase and clean shop.
(I generally like to have a Mirage Dragon just in case they have traps, etc.)
After that, rinse and repeat.
Name me one (1) deck that even sneezed in the direction of being Tier 2 that used Pendulums, without being dedicated to them. Excluding Yang Zings, because they didn't get them until after they were irrelevant.
>Seems every new iteration of cards seem to be spamming out more level 4 monsters.
Haha, jesus christ. You have no idea, R4NK has dominated the meta for so long. The format before last was good though. Rituals were the best deck, and you had two Xyz, and a Fusion deck, and a Pendulum deck. So much was viable, it was a great time to be alive.
In the TCG.
Alright, fair enough. That's still one Pendulum out of 5, I think, and not for its own effect but for the interaction with a Counter-trap, which I feel proves my point as well.
Morphtronics. One card wasn't enough, I need more.
The issue with Horus, btw, is that they made Horus Level 8 Turbo too strong. Negating ALL spells in this day and age is still too powerful to be left to roam, especially with a Set 4 situation.
Pretty cool looking through the ban list now to see all the dead decks I use to always see,
Elemental Dragons Dead
Six Samurai (assuming with gate banned) dead
Solemn Judgement dead
Plus, on the 28th, Monarchs are going to be Meta. Fucking pure Monarchs of all things, Anon. 11 days until the Emperors rule.
They'll probably still get shit on my PePe but I can dream
They also used it to dodge torrential and mirror force.
Though the question itself isnt exactly fair because Konami hasnt really attempted to make pendulum support that isnt focused entirely on the pendulum mechanic, the Zefras being a shitty exception.
I am exactly criticising Konamis lack of efforts here, I am certain that one can support older decks using Pendulums without having them dedicate themselves to pendulum summons simply because it enables a deck to run more monsters without bricking more assuming that the pendulum monsters have decent pendulum effects.
The OCG is irrelevant. That's what I'm saying. Due to the fact that they still have cards we don't, and get them much earlier, and use a different banlist, they have a different meta. Hell, Burning Abyss is still a Tier 1 deck and second to PePe. I'm not saying that invalidates EVERYTHING in Japan's Yugioh scene, but for the sake of this argument OCG is an irrelevant statistic.
>against tellar using weak dddicks deck
>set 1 monster and 3 backrow
>flips solemn, later flips shadow imprisoning mirror and anti spell frag
>fusion d'arc using swirl slime
>beat his ass
>later drop light imprisoning mirror
Funny as shit.
I gave an example of an archetype that kids wouldn't know about and people wouldn't feel nostalgic about if it would get support.
It actually getting support is irrelevant and didn't increase sales of that pack at all, I could have named any other random outdated archetype that people wouldn't feel nostalgic about like Aliens as well.
Raigeki is the Monster Reborn of the modern era
Don't pretend I'm not here, hubby.
your waifu is better bro.
That does seem like the kind of shit they'd retrain into a pendulum.
Lord of D. and Lady of D. retrained as pendulums. (with King and Queen Dragoon retrained versions to complete the pack)
HEY KONAMI DO YOU WANT M MONEY THEN DO THIS
I've got a sneaking suspicion that this card wasn't good enough to warrant an emergency banlist
You also forgot Dark Strike Fighter
>Surpeme Lord of D.
>Pendulum Scale : 3
>Pendulum Effect : While this card is in your pendulum zone, Dragon type monsters you control cannot be targeted by card effects
>Monster Effect: Cannot be special summoned. Dragon type monsters you control are unaffected by card effects while this card is face up on the field.
>Supreme Lady of D.
>Pendulum Scale : 9
>Pendulum effect: You cannot pendulum summon monsters except for Dragon type monsters. This effect cannot be negated. While this card is in your pendulum zone, Dragon type monsters you control cannot be targeted for an attack
>Monster Effect: Dragon type monsters you control cannot be targeted for an attack. If this card would be destroyed, send a dragon type monster from your field or hand to the graveyard instead.
Would you play them Y/N?
I DESERVE A RETRAIN MORE.
>deserves a retrain more
>isn't a card used by Kaiba or Jounochi
No seriously, pic related is Kaiba's final boss card. Will they retrain it for the movie or are they going to ignore it for Twin Burst?
Since it's obvious you aren't really thinking about how your "combo" works at all, and everyone else is being a vague jackass, I'll just let you know right now that Lightpulsar would miss timing in that combo
Read your fucking cards /dng/
I'm surprised they didn't give Meteor Dragon and Black Meteor Dragon an upgraded form.
Red-Eyes Meteor Dragon
LV5 / FIRE
1800 / 2200
[Generic gemini text]
When this card gains it's effect:
This card can't be destroyed by battle with monster with 2600ATK or more. Your opponent can't target other "Red-Eyes" monsters you control as attack targets.
Red-Eyes Archfiend Meteor Dragon
LV8 / FIRE
3500 / 2000
Dragon / Fusion / Effect
At the start of your Standby phase you must pay 500 LP of destroy this card.
Once per turn: You can banish 1 "Archfiend" card from your hand or Graveyard, then target 1 card on the field; destroy that target.
Once per turn: You can banish one "Red-Eyes" "Archfiend" from your hand to add 1 "Pandemonium", or 1 "Red-Eyes" or 1 "Archfiend" card from your Deck to your hand.
>Blazing Black Meteor Dragon
>1 Red-eyes Monster + 1 level 6 or higher Earth Dragon type monster
>If this battles, your opponent cannot activate card effects until the end of the damage step
>During damage calculation, you can shuffle a Red-eyes monster from your graveyard into your deck to have this card gain attack points equal to its attack
This is even easier but it has a 50/50 shot of being retrained. It's more likely they'll reprint it.
>Blue-eyes Ultimate Burst Dragon
>Blue-eyes White Dragon + Blue-eyes White Dragon + Blue-eyes White
>You can special summon this card from your extra deck by sending the materials you control from the field to the graveyard (you do not use polymerization)
>This cards name is always treated as Blue-eyes Ultimate Dragon
>Cannot be destroyed by card effects or battle
>This card can attack all monsters on your opponent's side of the field once each
>If this card battles a monster in defense mode, inflict piercing damage.
Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon is really interesting from a lore standpoint. In-universe, BEUD lives up to the promise of being an unstoppable engine of destruction as it can easily put the breaks on the other 'Gods' like Obelisk and Ra with higher attack. Not even Quasar, who was born from the union of other Synchro monsters and a sort of joined wish that is a culmination of everybody's hopes and is one of the strongest beings in-universe, can defeat Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon. It's not the most raw powerful, either, as that spot's taken by Five-Headed Dragon. However, Blue-Eyes has only 3 heads whereas FHD has, obviously, five, for a very minimal increase in power. Is FHD's method of fusion more wasteful, less efficient than BEUD's? Is there a drop-off in power gained once you reach a certain amount of beings amalgamated, with 3 being the limit? Is it solely because Blue-Eyes White Dragon is more powerful than the material for FHD? In addition, FHD is weak solely to BEUD's attribute. We know there are Monster researchers doing work examining Fusion, perhaps BEUD came about as a result of finding a weapon to defeat FHD named Five-God-Dragon in the Japanese. Given that Dark Gods are not an unknown thing in YGO, maybe BEUD was some sort of failed experiment to defeat FGD. Maybe it, too, was just some sort of catastrophically powerful being that Black Luster Soldier mastered for the purpose of stopping FHD.
Which also raises the question of what Rituals are in-universe. Logically, they are beings given life or power through the sacrifice and absorption of the life force of others. But there are some that don't fit this definition. I'd love some explanation for this. Maybe a light novel series.
TL;DR spirit world anime never ever
>blue-eyes ultimate spirit dragon
>3 blue-eyes monsters
>you can special summon this card by banishing materials from your graveyard but it cannot activate its effects this turn.
>this card can attack each monster your opponent controls once.
>during either player's turn: you can return this card to the extra deck to target up to three blue-eyes monsters in your graveyard; special summon those targets.
Exact same thing that happens if you draw exodia with graceful charity. You have to resolve the full card before you can win, so you wouldn't win.
The graceful charity ruling is like one of the most commonly known rulings.
>Blue-eyes Chimera Dragon will be a thing in your lifetime
It does make sense since Alternative Dragon is clearly meant to be a proxy for the one Kaiba destroyed in the manga.
Let's not forget that Cyber Dragons are based off of Blue-eyes.
Cyber Larva - ???

Konami has a lot of blanks to fill in
IIRC Blue-eyes is based on Bahamut from D&D while FGD is based on wicked dragon goddess or something. Blue-eyes Ultimate is based on King Ghidorrah from the Godzilla series which is why it is said to be nearly indestructible.
Dragon Master Knight is meant to represent the bond between Kaiba and Atem because it's the combination of their strongest monster BEUD and BLS.
This would be interesting as fuck.
>Divine Dragon Master Soldier
>Blue-eyes Ultimate Dragon + 1 Black Luster Soldier Monster
>Unnaffected by Card effects
>This card gains 500 attack points for each dragon type monster on the field or in the graveyard
>This card can attack all monsters your opponent controls once each
>If this card attacks a monster in defense mode, inflict piercing damage
>This card gains the following effects depending on the Black Luster Soldier monster used in as it's fusion material
● Black Luster Soldier
If this card battles, card effects cannot be activated until the end of the damage step. Negate the effects of the monster it battles and negate any effects of monsters destroyed by battle by this card
●Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning
Once per turn, you can banish one monster your opponent controls and inflict damage equal to that monsters attack points.
This card cannot declare an attack the turn you use this effect
●Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Evening Twilight
Once per turn, during either player's turn you can banish a card from your opponent's hand, field or graveyard and if it was a Light or Dark Monster, banish all copies they own from their deck, extra deck, hand or graveyard.
●Black Luster Soldier - Super Soldier
Double any battle damage this card deals to your opponent.
It says on Lightpulsar to summon a level 5 or higher dark dragon. Darkness would be put in the grave at the same time as LP, so explain to me how he misses timing if they're both put in at the same time.
>Blue-eyes Ultimate Shining Dragon
>Fusion Lv 11 5000/5000 Light
>Blue eyes ultimate dragon + 2 "blue eyes" monsters
>This cards special summon cannot be negated. When summoned you can target three banished dragons in either players graveyard; shuffle them into the deck and draw one card. Once per turn you can target one card on your opponents side of the field; Send it to the graveyard and special summon one LIGHT Dragon or Spellcaster monster from either players graveyard. Once per turn when your opponent activates a monster, spell or trap ; you can negate the activation and destroy the card. When this card leaves the field by your opponents effect or battle you can special summon one "Blue-eyes Shining Dragon" from your deck, hand or graveyard ignoring it's summoning condition.
Shining Dragon really needs some support. Shame it will never happen.
There's a listing here that says when LP and DM are destroyed by a card effect like Dark Hole that causes them to be destroyed simultaneously, Red Eyes can be summoned with LP's effect.
Suck it, nerd.
Holy shit he's not reading the link
Not gonna give you anymore (You)'s you retard, just fucking READ:
>In this case, you are only allowed to activate the effect when the activation condition being met was the last thing to happen in the game
When you use Obelisk's effect to send Lightpulsar and REDMD to the graveyard, as a COST mind you, IS Lightpulsar being sent to the grave the last thing to happen on the field? Think real hard
Everywhere I've played it, its never been argued against.
Tournaments, Konami games, etc.
I'm rolling with it.
Your shitty locals
You're fucking lying
Can't even be bothered to keep up with your lie
Go ahead and try that shit on YGOPro if you're somehow not convinced
>Sorcerer, Infinity, Solemn Strike will not go below $80, and will probably break $100.
Wew lawd. Dude probably killed himself
>investing in Yugioh
there was a time in which you could live-off yugioh. as a matter of a fact I paid off the rent of the apartment in which I was living for nearly two years with nothing but ygo money.
>last I remember the meta was spellbooks
oooooooooooh myyyy gooooood
how did you find this general, are you lost? do you need a ride home dear?
never bought anything over $10
its fucking cardboard
if you mean how janny blew up the mexican CaC then yes. fucking slaughtered
>when your opponent quits a match because sekrit tech floodgate
I love how auto-pilot decks can't do shit in a serious environment.
i was talking about pic related of course. sorry for not clarifying.
pendulums pants on head retarded right now and everything else had a moment to shine while on DUEA format.
if you don't care about competing, the game is in a really good spot with tons of interesting/gimmicky lower tier decks. almost anything can work to some level, as long as you ignore the top tier from existing.
I'm more of a competitive player, so I might be checking this format decks, my local meta is full of pendulum magician variants/hybrids, then some Fluffals and Kozmo, but there is something else in the format?
also in the casual side of myself I'm trying to put toghether an LV deck (Horus focused) but I may need help with the newer cards, there is somethin I must consider in that area?
>just the one battle fader
>that whole extra
>mill 15 cards
>opponent thinks nothing of it
>"your opponent has lost connection"
we now have full powered pepe in the tcg, so if you don't mind dropping $500~ on cardboard, it's the way to go.
otherwise you could wait for the monarch structure and pretend your deck is good, kozmo is overpriced shit no one should play and magicians are just bad pepes.
no one sees it coming, i still like devil fraken better in infernoids.
magicians are scale 1/8 deck, they can do rank 4s with joker and wisdom eye magician but that scale 8 lets them pendulum for lv7s like odd-eyes dragon or apex avian.
PePe is a scale 1-3/5-6 deck that almost entirely focuses on pendulum summon lv4s for rank4s and the dracoslayer bosses. PePe relies on making tons of advantage by popping their own scales, getting searches and summons, and setting new ones for more searches and draws.
>mfw pendulums think they escaping the graveyard once they get there
>Normal Spell (Or Ritual Spell if you're feeling saucy)
>Return 1 Ritual Spell Card in your Graveyard OR 1 banished Ritual Spell Card to your Deck; This card's effect becomes the effect of that Ritual Spell Card.
just unlimit nekroz shit, no one would care at all.
since pepe shit, the only topping nekroz list in the ocg i can remember ran arma knight, triple djinn and it only top8'd.
you can't just make rituals good with one card.
>mfw cucked a Shiranui fucker with my GK's not 3 minutes ago
Fucking glorious archetype
Heh.. yeah really showed that zombie player...
Wanna post that deck?
Served me fairly well so far. Before you ask about Assailant, it's a shit card
It's really too much ask for more support for the Dark Scorpions? It's been years since their last support card (and it can't be considered a DS card, fuck you ancient sanctuary and your non-DS young Zaloog)
>Konami selling out the game to Mexicans by turning all cards into green cards
>there are retards in this very thread that are actually surprised that increased supply lowers prices
