Daily reminder that techforcer is the most balanced build in this game.
Recently got back into the game, and I'm finding the newest version of goonmod's old gagecoin cost values do nothing. Where do I find the new values to edit the amount of gagecoins things cost?
>agree with pubbies to go loud on Jewelry store Ovk,

GL40 is fun and meta at the same time but the Mosconi or AR can be good choices too. Nothing wrong with having fun with akimbo though, it's just that in some builds, those four points added in something else can make the difference.
>mfw hearing Vlad spelling "goat" in the trailer,
Hm, I don't like playing with grenade launchers that much
Is deathwish doable with akimbo or do I really need something more efficient if I don't want to be nothing but a hindrance to my team?
light crossbow HE is just better than gl40 in every way: faster reload, more ammo, more accurate, faster projectile and more concealable.
Gl40 has bigger AoE (maybe) but not by much and it pretty much never helps.
Doing Firestarter with just the AMCAR, Chimano 88, and suit (I think the armor bag needs to be used as well)
Its the monthly job currently
HE Rounds range is set to 2 meters, Grenades from a launcher are 3.4. It's actually pretty damn noticeable and the grenade launchers have stupid high ammo pickup.
The only real advantage I can think of for HE weapons over an actual Grenade Launcher is that they can crit, M79/M32 can't crit.
they're alright but the main appeal comes not from having a good primary but from going akimbo and doing sick-ass Max Payne jumps.
the game is piss-easy now, have fun with your builds.
Im sure it is but I figure why not ask if anyone else wants to play the videogame
Speaking of, we need one more
All the ammo you would pick up the crossbow has already got at the start of the heist because of the vastly bigger ammo pool.
It is also better at quickly killing multiple shields of any size and stunning bulldozers.
2m is quite enough for clearing groups and has saved me hostages when a bigger blast would've killed them.
So I stand by me that it's better than the grenade launchers but you're entitled to your own opinion.

Nigga, if i wanted to be spoonfed i would call your mom.
>crew try to quietly get all the goats in the trailer, without carrying any weapons,
>streets are crawling with cops in-game with choppers and even captain fucking winter.
Guess they must have cut the parts of the trailer where the crew were genociding the cops while handling the crashes and other bugs.
Actually, if you crouch immediately after spawning with your detection low enough you can slip away from the initial scene and get maybe 10-15 seconds of stealth in before the cops automatically get alerted.
>The classic excuses poorfags make.
One day you'll get off autismbux and realize 10 dollars isn't anything to fret about.
I will poorfag.
Enjoy being pennyless and making excuses for it.
Any good stealth missions? Getting sick of running shadow raid over and over.
Git gud maybe? Desync is an issue, yes, but it's nowhere near game-breaking. I often stealth with my friend and it works just fine, both of us do objectives.
If desync's so bad on your side I'd suggest using Pocohud's desync resolver, it kinda helps.
>straight running instead of shift-jump-crouch
It's also an extreme case of desync (or just a dumb bug because game's full of them), shit like this never happened to me when I stealthed in co-op. Detection meter instantly filling up to 99%, yes, that happened a lot, but not this.
To be fair, that guy was retarded.
You never open that door because that opens up pathing for guards and civ to go through that door and that sewer grate is supposed to be your safe haven while you're lugging the Artifact.
>Not very interested in the game and/or memers
Slap a silencer on it and clear all break points with silent killer
I like the deagle with marksman sight, ext mag and bling grip. Concealment is high enough, it beats the baby deagle in mag size, acc and stab and it sounds great. The bronco is more stylish and slightly more powerful, but I cant say no to 10 more rounds
Its because he is wrong, if you are a fag that can't afford .03 cents for a skin most of them being ugly as fuck and then you end whining about, well then you got a problem
JOCELINE SKIN WHEN
>Maybe on Monday. Overkill's not working on the weekend.
Not that i have something against it, but they fucking know that there is a fuck ton of bugs after every update. They could have had day off later.
Dockyard, Golden Grin Casino and First World Bank are the most fun. The last two mostly because you can do them really fast once you are familiar with them. Dockyard is just great on death wish because there are lots of guards and civilians but also lots of nooks and crannies. The location of keycards, computers and radios differs so much that you almost always go all across the map to get to them. It's one of those heists you will have to restart more often, but I don't mind trying it again. Getting a lot of extra loot is a real sport.
>No. I don't like Overkill
Why? Because they made optional micro transactions?
Crimefest and all that bullshit is the only reason people ever give, so yeah, that just sounds like poorfag whining.
Again, get over yourself.
Again, why defend a company that doesn't care about you at all? I just said here >>128823416
that you can keep spending you money. That's what you want to do with your money. I personally don't want to, so I won't. Neither decision is objectively right; it's just subjective. And again, quit feeding the argument and let it die.
Hello heisters! New side jobs are out!
Today's Daily Side Jobs are:
- I Knew What I Was Doing Was Wrong (i_knew_what_i_was_doing_was_wrong)
- Yeah He's A Gold Digger (yeah_hes_a_gold_digger)
Remember that today's the last night to do the weekly side job for an Infamous quality The Grin mask!
Keep those helmets flying! ;)
I was doing some calculations to determine the ammo efficiency of assault rifles, basically total amount of ammo vs. amount of headshots to kill common enemies (in this case, grey guys and tan guys on DW). I also factored in the damage boost from Underdog, since that's working most of the time.
There was a tie for the highest ammo efficiency. The first was the M308, with an efficiency rating of 70:
(( 70 / 1 ) + ( 70 / 1 )) / 2 = 70
The second was any 240 round, 40+ damage AR, but I focused specifically on the Clarion. It also had a rating of 70. Interestingly, it (and other ARs like it) could potentially be higher since they are more easily concealable, and thus are good candidates for Low Blow crits:
(( 240 / 4 ) + ( 240 / 3 )) / 2 = 70
Anything inbetween, like the 150 rounders or the 90 rounders with 80+ damage, had less ammo efficiency, Underdog boost or not.
So your "efficiency rating" is "how many cops I can kill without ammo pickups". Definitely bullshit then.
What kind of ammo efficiency math doesn't even account for ammo pickups? I bet you shoot at street cops from the Rats 2nd floor and complain you don't have enough ammo to cook 7 bags.
>Wow, the M308 is so ammo efficient because it can kill the most cops if you magdump it
>And 240 round ARs
>This is such an amazing discovery!
That's average number of cops killed per magazine, not efficiency.
"Efficiency" is a technical term.
Efficiency = Output / Input
If it's less than 1, it's inefficient. If it's equal to 1 or greater, it's good. You learn this shit in basic high school science classes.
So if you want to rate ammo efficiency, you would divide the number of bullets you spend to kill a cop, and then divide it by how much ammo you get on average (since the range is 2%-5% I think, 3.5% ammo pickup rate sounds like a good average).
Don't try to make things up without justification, and don't use words that you don't know the meaning of.
>you would divide the number of bullets you spend to kill a cop, and then divide it by how much ammo you get on average
Whoops, I got that upside down. It's
ammo efficiency = (ammo pickup) / (ammo spent)
>muh ammo pickup
You know that shit got boosted in the recent update, right? You know it's totally negligible if you actually know how to aim, right? You know the 240 rounds have obscene ammo pickup anyway, don't you? You're probably the type who uses up all the ammo pickups and ammo bags and then complains about running low, even though all you brought were FAKs.
>Trying to unlock mods for the gewehr
>Trying to kill dozers
>Break the visors
>Some akimbo dodgefag runs in at the last second to steal the kill
>every fucking time.
I'd have at achievement 10 times over if people would stop doing this fucking shit.
I don't give a shit what you think about game balance or how you think I play.
He (or you, I can't tell) incorrectly called it "ammo efficiency". That's all that matters.
If you're going to theorycraft and throw random bullshit numbers around, at least get it right.
>rib rob fib fob stip stob gib gob bib bob.
dyh usujfyh hbswisu jshjygdfi ushfu usfhh bu.
Fuck, missed one.
Yes. This is how the real world works.
You use a word wrong and you present the wrong equation(s), somebody reading your results about how the M308 and the Clarion were the most "ammo efficient" guns in the game is going to call you out on your bullshit.
Getting mad and calling me names and saying something about wasting ammo because I have FAKs(?) doesn't change the fact that you're wrong.
And then when you're proven wrong, you apologise and issue a retraction / correction so people can actually understand what you were originally talking about. Here, since I'm real nice so I'll do it for you:
>I was doing some calculations to determine how many cops you can kill with assault rifles without ammo bags/pickups, basically total amount of ammo vs. amount of headshots to kill common enemies (in this case, grey swats and tans on DW). I also factored in the damage boost from Underdog Basic, since that's working most of the time.
>There was a tie for the highest potential kill counts. The first was the M308, with a kill count potential of:
>(( 70 / 1 ) + ( 70 / 1 )) / 2 = 70 cops for 70 bullets
>The second was any 240 round, 40+ damage AR, but I focused specifically on the Clarion. It also had a kill count of 70. Interestingly, it (and other ARs like it) could potentially be higher since they are more easily concealable, and thus are good candidates for Low Blow crits:
>(( 240 / 4 ) + ( 240 / 3 )) / 2 = 70 cops for 240 bullets
>Anything inbetween, like the 150 rounders or the 90 rounders with 80+ damage, had lower potential kill counts, Underdog boost or not.
That wasn't so hard, was it?
Now we wait for somebody to post "Wow, it's fucking nothing!" and greentext
>pointless autistic theorycrafting
Good to know it's not only my problem. There have been a lot of crashes since today and I wanted to look over here for some help.
>Do you play with or without mods
The full story is much longer than that. You see, Overkill was founded by Bo and Ulf Andersson, two bothers. After the mild success of Payday: The Heist they were bought out by Starbreeze, a relatively small publisher, and work on Payday 2 began. However, a new employee at Overkill also working on Payday 2 was David Goldfarb, the jew. Now this is where I need to go off topic a bit to explain something.
Swedes have no inhibitions. They don't know when to stop at something. They began embracing multiculturalism and the country turned into a cucktry. They began embracing feminism and now "manspreading" is illegal on public transportation. If you teach a swede to hold his breath and swim underwater, he'll dive into the ocean and never return. Goldfarb was not aware of this.
Goldfarb began teaching Overkill the ways of the jew, preorder incentives, grinding to keep people hooked, DLC weapon packs galore, but David was a smart jew. He knew that if you jew the goy too much they start to catch on, but Bo, being a Swede, could not stop himself.
Soon Overkill began a violent transformation, nickel and diming was everywhere, monthly paid DLC packs, after a while even Goldfarb was disgusted by the development and left. Bo's brother Ulf however had the restraint gene which is rare among Swedes, so he didn't agree with this change in tactics. Eventually, Bo became so jewish that he killed the CEO of Starbreeze and declared himself the new CEO, stating that his name is now Bo Anderssonburg. Ulf, saddened by the loss of his brother, continued to work on Payday 2 for as long as he could bear, until finally he could no longer stand to be a jewish puppet, and left.
Ulf was Wolf's voice actor. So that's why Wolf has no voice now.
>suggest keeping gold bags in between two possible escape points
>heister move bags early
>move bags back to center
>helicopter spawns on his side
i didn't mean to cuck you anon
please forgive me
Nobody know the full story but it seems that Wolf's actor had somekind of depression or mental issues that were really harsh to him, although not to the point of making him crazy or anything.
As much as he loves his wolf character, doing lines seemed to be a lot for him (finding the right intonations and such) so he needed to stay away from this.
The whole story should be explained in an interview he had with TCN on twitch.
Never said he was a retard or mentally challenged, having some bad phases happens to everyone. Also found the link of the interview.
Ulf literally went straight out of Overkill into working at his new gig at 10 Chambers. He isn't depressed. Although he might've been working with a bunch of greedy jews killing the game he built.
They might get banned from the official Overkill Cocksucker Steam group. Which has no downsides that wouldn't be rectified by using the DLC unlocker the cheater was already using since that's the only thing Overkills "anti-cheat" detects.
Also, Ulf severely damaged his vocal chords when trying to record lines for wolf. The character involves quite a lot of screaming, and he simply couldn't handle the physical stress it tolled on his throat.
I believe he even had to go to the hospital at one point.
I got it on four stores in the convenience store. The jump from next to the ATM to just in front of the register is very consistent. If the cloaker happens to just miss you, kill him asap. Killing him right after sometimes counts as well.
>tfw that's the only achievement of the DLC that I have because of all that fucking crashing

Is entertaining heisting with the weapons whose skins I have
The only real meta crew would be a techforcer dedicated to the saw/c4 and maybe the expert driver asset to make everything shorter as possible, the rest being inspire guys covering the asses of everyone but that's an extreme scenario.
>implying that silent drill basic isn't a nice compromise for your ears and getting to the tier 5 of the technician skill tree.
>What about saws?
Although they're not essential, saw always make life a lot easier, especially on Hotline miami day 2 where you can save a coke bag from being flushed or Meltdown where you can stay on the move and don't lose time on the gates,
Would like to say Golden Grin Casino but it's almost pointless to be honest.
>tfw only ever play with full crew of friends doing >>128859198
>tfw always having every tool, asset and buff available
How can you faggots really play this in pub?
Anyway, meta for crews: something to counter shields (gl and/or sniper, something to counter dozers (thanatos or rpg or fucking invincible guy with smg), all stacking buffs for everyone, all mandatory skills for everyone.

FREE MONEY TUTORIAL
>have me and my brothers account with payday

>steam share payday to all
>steam achievement manager all three achievement safes and drills
>unbox 30 safes, get 20$ in shit
>he doesn't know the free safes don't drop since last thursday.
It works in the sense that you can farm it.
It won't work in the sense that the Steam Sharing thing unequivocally links the farming accounts to the main account, not to mention the fact that they probably pool the free skins and shit to one account because you can't transfer steambuxx.
Even if they don't get caught now, all it takes to lose it all is one Valve employee looking at any of the accounts and noticing the pattern. I bet Valve has internal metrics that already tracks these things. They learned all of their mistakes from TF2 and misc. events like the coal fuckup. This won't get far.
>getting $20 in shit from 30 safes

Play more goy, be more passionate on those Diamond Store and Go Bank jobs.
I started playing again after nearly a year, does Goonmod still exist and allow you to get GageCoins?
Haven't played since stat skins and micro-trans drills were added.
Can I still use a dlc unlocker to get around all the jewery and miles of dlc content they've whored out for?
Meta-4 still best weapon or have one of the dlc weapons supplanted it?
>being a faggot who thinks stat skins and optional micro-transactions are something to be butthurt about
Don't bother coming back, drink bleach instead.
Still wrong. No one owns trollface.
Let me repeat that. No one owns trollface.
Just because someone you sued settles with you to stay out of court doesn't mean you own it. It means you were a big enough pain in the ass that they paid you to fuck off.
Do you also think that Games Workshop owns the term space marine?
Or that Rebellions Developments owns the term rebellion?
Or that Susan Komen owns the term * for a cure?
Actually it means that, and about the terms, no one can sue you because of that but you can say that they "coined" it, making it a thing being them the creator of said thing
But if you want, DC and Marvel owns the rights of the word "Superhero"
Is the same, you’re still stupid
No you don't
Modify the Shop.lua to change all the prices to 0, remember to force the mod and have enabled the next options
>Gages mod shop
Because you're retarded I'll spell it out for you.
In the UK? Games Workshop OWNS the term Space Marine. In the US GW does not own Space Marine.
In the US Susan Komen OWNS any permutation of <blank> for a cure. In Europe Susan Komen doesn't own this term.
In the US Rebellion Developments OWNS the term Rebellion when used in the video game industry. That is until their ownership was challenged in court and overturned by a judge. Now they do not own the term despite registering it.
What does it mean to own something with copyright? Simply that you have registered it in any country.
I could register the word Anonymous in Tokelau and I would own it.
>people still play this game in an attempt to justify all the money they sank into it
>and spend less than $200
>$200 on a video game
I mean I've also spent less than $200 on PD2, to wit: $30 when it was on sale a few summers ago but holy shit $200?
You could have put that money towards a newer video card, faster processor, additional/faster hard drive,
latest gen console, new monitor/tv etc goddamn.
I've played dota for over 5000 hours and haven't spent a dime on it.
wow what a faggot
also the original was coolface
Yeah that's some jewery right there.
>see popular internet maymay
>make an alteration of it and post it
>say that post is evidence that I created the maymay and register it.

Fuck, I need to hurry up and claim sadfrog so I can monetize pepe's hold up.
>tfw I had the idea to monetize all these fucking memes floating around on the internet way back when they weren't even on t-shirt yet but I wasn't enough of a kike to go through with it
sucks having morals.
>tfw first time I went to the casino won 3k from my 200 I brought because I got really lucky at the roulette table
I've lost 5k probably since chasing that same high at the same casino
Instructions unclear. Head lodged in wall.
Are you dense? You can kill 12 cops with Deagle/Beagle if none of them are tans, because they can't hit the 182 breakpoint without wasting 12 points in Ghost (Silent Killer Basic + 8 points on filler, beyond the 10 useful points in Ghost) on top of 8 points on Gunslinger Aced. The Bronco hits 182 without spending all those skills.
Look how threatened this guy is by ghost skills.
Its nearly comical.
I heard you guys like silencers.
R8 my judge
Nigga, Beagle oneshots tans in the head without any skills, learn to shoot shitter.
>Meta-4 still best weapon or have one of the dlc weapons supplanted it?

It was one of the best, but there was no clear best-in-slot AR. All of them had some drawback:
- CAR-4: 46/18/25 but low ROF made it much less attractive in DW
- Commando: 40/18/25 no Quad Stack Mag (made up for somewhat by its sanic-fast reload)
- Clarion: 40/18/25, no Quad Stack Mag and middling reload speed, but insane ROF means you can hit Grey cops 3 times in the head before they even have time to start falling down
- AMR-16: 46/18/25 with Quad Stack Mag, smooth handling, and high ROF, but low ammo pool and pickup rate
- UAR: 46/18/25, no DLC required, but no Quad Stack IIRC, and hidden stats ruined it's hipfire accuracy
- AK 7.62: 63/18/25 with Quad Stack Mag, but low ROF, small ammo pool, and low pickup rate
