HE Rounds range is set to 2 meters, Grenades from a launcher are 3.4. It's actually pretty damn noticeable and the grenade launchers have stupid high ammo pickup.

The only real advantage I can think of for HE weapons over an actual Grenade Launcher is that they can crit, M79/M32 can't crit.

All the ammo you would pick up the crossbow has already got at the start of the heist because of the vastly bigger ammo pool.
It is also better at quickly killing multiple shields of any size and stunning bulldozers.
2m is quite enough for clearing groups and has saved me hostages when a bigger blast would've killed them.

So I stand by me that it's better than the grenade launchers but you're entitled to your own opinion.

Actually, if you crouch immediately after spawning with your detection low enough you can slip away from the initial scene and get maybe 10-15 seconds of stealth in before the cops automatically get alerted.

Dockyard, Golden Grin Casino and First World Bank are the most fun. The last two mostly because you can do them really fast once you are familiar with them. Dockyard is just great on death wish because there are lots of guards and civilians but also lots of nooks and crannies. The location of keycards, computers and radios differs so much that you almost always go all across the map to get to them. It's one of those heists you will have to restart more often, but I don't mind trying it again. Getting a lot of extra loot is a real sport.

I was doing some calculations to determine the ammo efficiency of assault rifles, basically total amount of ammo vs. amount of headshots to kill common enemies (in this case, grey guys and tan guys on DW). I also factored in the damage boost from Underdog, since that's working most of the time.

There was a tie for the highest ammo efficiency. The first was the M308, with an efficiency rating of 70:
(( 70 / 1 ) + ( 70 / 1 )) / 2 = 70

The second was any 240 round, 40+ damage AR, but I focused specifically on the Clarion. It also had a rating of 70. Interestingly, it (and other ARs like it) could potentially be higher since they are more easily concealable, and thus are good candidates for Low Blow crits:
(( 240 / 4 ) + ( 240 / 3 )) / 2 = 70

Anything inbetween, like the 150 rounders or the 90 rounders with 80+ damage, had less ammo efficiency, Underdog boost or not.

That's average number of cops killed per magazine, not efficiency.

"Efficiency" is a technical term.

Efficiency = Output / Input

If it's less than 1, it's inefficient. If it's equal to 1 or greater, it's good. You learn this shit in basic high school science classes.

So if you want to rate ammo efficiency, you would divide the number of bullets you spend to kill a cop, and then divide it by how much ammo you get on average (since the range is 2%-5% I think, 3.5% ammo pickup rate sounds like a good average).

Don't try to make things up without justification, and don't use words that you don't know the meaning of.

The full story is much longer than that. You see, Overkill was founded by Bo and Ulf Andersson, two bothers. After the mild success of Payday: The Heist they were bought out by Starbreeze, a relatively small publisher, and work on Payday 2 began. However, a new employee at Overkill also working on Payday 2 was David Goldfarb, the jew. Now this is where I need to go off topic a bit to explain something.

Swedes have no inhibitions. They don't know when to stop at something. They began embracing multiculturalism and the country turned into a cucktry. They began embracing feminism and now "manspreading" is illegal on public transportation. If you teach a swede to hold his breath and swim underwater, he'll dive into the ocean and never return. Goldfarb was not aware of this.

Goldfarb began teaching Overkill the ways of the jew, preorder incentives, grinding to keep people hooked, DLC weapon packs galore, but David was a smart jew. He knew that if you jew the goy too much they start to catch on, but Bo, being a Swede, could not stop himself.

Soon Overkill began a violent transformation, nickel and diming was everywhere, monthly paid DLC packs, after a while even Goldfarb was disgusted by the development and left. Bo's brother Ulf however had the restraint gene which is rare among Swedes, so he didn't agree with this change in tactics. Eventually, Bo became so jewish that he killed the CEO of Starbreeze and declared himself the new CEO, stating that his name is now Bo Anderssonburg. Ulf, saddened by the loss of his brother, continued to work on Payday 2 for as long as he could bear, until finally he could no longer stand to be a jewish puppet, and left.

Ulf was Wolf's voice actor. So that's why Wolf has no voice now.
