If they gave him assault rifles, yes, but they won't I'm guessing. He will be another SMG merc. My guess, Blishlock, another SMG and the Hollunds.
His barrier will be good on Bridge, Terminal and Underground. Okay on Trainyard and Chapel. Bad on Dome.
How resilient the shield is also depends on cooldown. If it has like 250 health and a 20+ second cool down it will be shit.

The biggest difference between the two is the ammo delivery method and their speed/HP/hitbox...which makes a gigantic difference but you have to play it to understand

It's a mixed kinda feel when you used to know how to play twitch shooters but your life habits like alcohol and drugs messed up your fine motor skills. Like, I know how to do what I need to do, but my fingers aren't always up to the task, with all the wiggling and tremors.

even though there are obvious best loadouts for the mercs you'll be fine without them
and for the rare loadouts (solver, gold etc) they are only cosmetic
hell i didnt even knew what to buy from the store, because i didnt care about the skins, and i enjoyed the mercs i have.

Whenever possible call it off walls behind people and sweep it over them so they don't see it coming.
Also you can call it off any vertical structure as long as it doesn't have anything above it, like a ledge or overhang.
A good example is attacking Trainyard last stage and you want to clear out behind the delivery spot...you can call it off the yellow fans sticking out above that little garage where the defenders come out of (without exposing yourself) and then sweep the ground below.
If you need an escape, call it down right by you then run away and spot the ground in front of you to make it follow you...idiots will literally follow you and get run over.
Also I laser charge down the left alley on Market all the time and it clears out whoever is camping there and if you're fast enough the back of site as well.

Part of Fletcher's design is to be a highly mobile and versatile Engineer merc, but his current state is just highly obnoxious to play against and more like an Assault class (Stoker has this problem too). Am I a hipster for liking the Double Time Hochfir card more than the meta one? Double Time allows me to go super fast even when reloading so Drilled loses its meaning. I can avoid fire support good enough without Guardian Angel. Only perk I will miss on is Quick Draw, which isn't necessary anyway. Also I like Stiletto more than the Bat, because I suck with melee and only use it to finish kills, and Stiletto is more efficient at gibbing.

Most good players don't play Rhino. He's always bitched at for being a low skill/easy character, but he's really not that easy. If you don't get the drop on someone with moderate skill, they'll probably kill you. You're always targeted first, you're easy to hit, you're slow. He's just hard to play against if you lack an explosive character when he's on an Aura station. But most good players have Fragger, Nader, Stoker, or Fletcher in their squad.
I personally think he's fun to play. He's a unique kind of challenge to play. For such a powerful character with high HP, you really have to be sneaky to play him against better players. Feels good killing them and then listening to them complain that Rhino is easy mode despite them never playing Rhino. Something about Rhino makes people salty as fuck. He's the only merc so consistently called out for being easy. Not to mention if you don't stomp the whole enemy team, you get called out for playing an easy merc and doing poorly.
He's poorly balanced, but people only see him as some OP easy mode merc. He's highly situational and is OP on only a handful of spots in the game, but apparently people only remember those moments and think he's like that at all times.

When you hold Q you can't move left. Period, unless you have some kind of retard fingers. This works fine for certain abilites like Nader's or Rhino's that you only have to tap to activate, but fails miserably when you're holding a grenade and trying to strafe.

That's my highest for Stopwatch. I generally get high 20's to high 30's in Objective depending on how fast it goes. I think the highest I got in a half on Stopwatch was high 40's, but then we rolled so fast the second half I ended up with only low 50's.

The only time I get kills with it is if the enemy is weakened first from a firefight, THEN run into it.

Thats why i always have one elite back game, like adrenaline gamer or cpm, so i dont get too depressed. They are only alive enough for two pugs a week but its still more net monthly skill. Id assume the elite from this game play et wolfenstein pugs a few times a week.
