The monsters are still imprisoned underground, but now there are human guards everywhere. There are no cute towns like Snowdin, every monster lives in a dorm assigned to them and follow a very strict schedule that is enforced by the guards and warden. Frisk wants to help break the monsters free. They'd have to fight humans and monsters!

Ugh my folders are getting to be a pain to navigate but splitting them into even more specific folders is also pretty tricky.

I'd say Chara isn't really about destroying everything forever though, they say so in the end of genocide, they're about becoming stronger and defeating the enemy just because they can. Their whole thing at the end of genocide is that they're moving on to the next game to conquer. That strikes me as befitting the whole survival of the fittest mindset that most SMT Chaos routes embody.

I don't think Chara is as evil as people make her out to be, it's just that the LOVE was shared from Frisk to Chara because of the former landing on Chara's deathbed and somehow they got connected. If Chara really was the narrator, all those times that she said "Despite everything, it's still you" and "Still just you, Frisk" can mean that with just LOVE 1 or at least not maximum LOVE shows that she still somehow has compassion, because she "shares" a soul with Frisk.
