Just finished the "Ugly Baby" quest, triggered all the Brothers in Arms quests.

I auto-completed the Velen quest because I dealt with Keira's side-story fifty hours ago and sent her to Kaer Morhen, along with Letho. Do they show up in Kaer Morhen before I get Ciri? I was kind of surprised that Keira and Letho weren't already hanging around Kaer Morhen when I got there, considering how long ago the Velen quests were. Do I have to wait around in Kaer Morhen for them to show up or should I just keep recruiting folks?

He wanted to give Ciri to the King of the Aen Elle as a brood mare. He's obsessed with her and her ancestors, since he was in love with Lara Dorren. He's cunning, diplomatic, and devious. He's also extremely powerful as a mage. Geralt does not trust him for those reasons.

Only if you have Geralt continually object to the execution at the estate and fight him. If you stay out of it, you see the scene where the previous owners' daughter stabs Olgierd in the back. They're both good scenes, and while staying out might be more in-character, the other way gets you a good boss fight with awesome music. So I'm torn.
