Rogue/Ninja is a pretty fun DPS, I like it a lot myself and would definitely suggest to keep going and see how you like it once you're a Ninja. You might like Pugilist/Monk as well if you haven't tried them yet. It's similar but more positional heavy and maintains its primary attack power+speed bonus buff by keeping combos going.

You can't glamour a class or job so it's wearing a piece of gear that is exclusive to another class or job. You CAN glamour stuff that is marked "Disciple of War" onto another that is "Disciple of War"

What this means is often a tank can glamour general Disciple of War gear onto themselves while others cannot glamour tank stuff onto themselves because it's tank exclusive.
