Funbreaker was neutered, super shut down too easily now. Strikers were buffed insanely though shoulder charge is a meme and I feel the +2 armor from unstoppable is better, max armor will let you survive a lot of stuff and even more with arc chest. I run max armor, Inmost Light, aftershocks, max int/dis and feel it's pretty strong though Arma has its place as well, and Peregrine if you really enjoy shoulder charge. Defender has its place especially in objective modes but the bubble can be killed by other supers, only good with a coordinated team. 1.1 shitter here so these are opinions really.

Anyone running normal mode kf, need to do it on a few characters

I'd say that Defender is actually the best titan class you can get for PvE.

The protection and buffs are insanely useful in raids or strikes.

If you couple them with Nightstalkers you have a fantastic team. In fact, Defenders and Nightstalkers are all you need to do King's Fall on any mode.

I assumed we were talking strictly PvP since original post mentioned shoulder charging ramlocks. Defenders are undisputed kings of PvE as always, sunbreakers can be used for melting point but it can't compare to instant cover bubbles with shield/damage buffs unless you already have 2-3 defenders and always have weapons+blessings for dps phases.
