General PSN sales are from Tuesday to Tuesday. The update time is generally around Noon PST. With a flash sale (generally on the last week of the month) starting Friday and ending Monday when PSN updates.

That said, yes as long as something is purchased you can redownload it anytime you want as long on 3 different Vitas tied to your account. Just beware that deleting a game from your Vita (be you bought it physically or otherwise) will erase your save data as well.

Conception 2 really isn't even that lewd. It would be better as a VN than JRPG, and even then it wouldn't be anything too good. The girls are cute and some of the stories are passable, but it simply isn't a good game.

By all means, try the demo first but the battle system never gets anywhere from the start, at least it didn't do it for me. It's not a rewarding game to play, I felt so bored playing the actual game that I never finished it.
