when you aim, the first target is the other 'normal' enemy in white, and once he's dead you just move your mouse in an arc around the room
sometimes you can't hit all the enemies if one or two are too high/too low, in this situation you can just pick up the rifle and fire shots at them since normally if they're in such a position then they shouldn't hit you if you're quick
