The one thing I've noticed from him is probably his 2nd skill gives the debuff-resist DOWN debuff and his first skill gives a partywide defense buff but I'm not sure by how much. I haven't done the fate episode for his 3rd ability yet.

I don't understand the system but my experience is the following:

On a battle where the number 1 in damage did 90000, I did 20000, at the end of the battle I got 20 points with a team of 1 SSR and the rest of SR, it seems you get 1 point for each 1000 damage you do.

On a battle where I didn't even pay attention, I only did 2 auto attacks with almost no damage, I got 24 points at the end because my team was full exclusively with r characters.

Since then I only enter to 5bp points magnas with teams full of only R or SR characters to leech more points and loot, they seem to reward you with extra points for having a full team of the same tier, the cap of this bonus is 500 and it probably resets every week (I don't want to say it reset after a couple of days because I never paid enough attention).
This is what works for me now, you can test it now.
