Probably a dumb question but if I hack the emulated psp inside the vita and have a bubble to launch it already then update the vita does that wipe out that hack too? I've been getting mixed information searching places, I know the email exploit was patched but not sure if the psp stuff will stick or not I've heard both things.

Obvious answer would be psp stuff is removed with update but there's not a lot of easily accessible information about vita hack stuff when it comes to the smaller details.

After putting it on my SD card I went to http://yls8.mtheall.com/3dsbrowserhax_auto.php and it took me to some menu with the options "Boot CFW", "Configuration" and some one other option. This isn't what the pastebin says should happen though, because it says "and you should arrive at the homebrew menu. Once here, you may want to install menuhax as an easier entrypoint. ".

The only issue I ran into was that when running easus on my labtop it couldn't recognize my SD card. I had to switch over to a desktop to get it to work.

In my experience cartridge slots often break due to corroding after kids put cartridges into their mouths before they go into the handheld. Corrosion likes to spread so I'd be wary of buying broken hardware without being informed about how exactly it broke and examining it myself

Some smash cartridges update to 9.2 which is what I did but I can't seem to get Sliderhax to work on sysnand even though I could set rxTools up.
I have tried for several days straight in order to get menuhax so I suspect there might be some issue with doing it that way.
If you don't mind not having menuhax though just try and find some smash cartridge at gamestop with the right version and return it after you are done.

Yes, on rxTools you're region free. You MAY need to install NTR for some games, though I've only needed it for the Labyrinth translation so far.

Yes, if you are booted into RX, it will soft reboot into sysnand, you can go back into emunand by holding L after closing system settings. Exiting sysnand's settings will bring you back into sysnand.

RX-E instead of Ver on the bottom of the top screen in the system settings is how to tell you are currently in emunand. Ver usually means you are in sysnand.

If you've booted into emunand via rxtools or cakes, you are for sure in emunand. If you simply booted up and didn't press anything to trigger menuhax/bootmenu you are in sysnand.

Can you not run emuNAND9 on emuNAND? Because it crashes when I tried to run it. It works on sysNAND.
Does it not run on emuNAND?

Installing CIA's in to sysnand is fine, there's just no reason to apart from FBI. IIRC you can also use FBI in emunand and change the destination to SD: Sysnand and do it that way. Installing HBL.cia in to Sysnand won't do anything, a few guides even tell you to.
