I mainly use it to generate a ton of spirit and to guarantee Meiran penetrates their flank.

Also if I lose the coin toss and nera steals, her pass to beatrice is massive and is often an easy OHKO in the opening move of the match. I would say 1 in 5 wins come from that prey's pass.

Nera usually needs red reflex stone to steal consistently from metatron or other CM. I can only spare a single stone slot for a pass buff, and that goes to preys.

CM nera is tough to balance. You can build her for brawling to OHKO the enemy CM, but then she can't pass for shit and may not generate enough spirit.

You can build her with preys but then she can't OHKO metatron, but can at least steal from her with overwhelming reflexes.

Most of all she needs enough speed to move first.

It is tough to balance speed, reflex, passing, and brawling power. I still have shit stones on mine so her stats are sub par.

I have shit stones (the prey's rolled like shit too) but I am sure someone else here has a better nera.

I also tried to get a combat shot of her stats at the start of the match but every battle she was debuffed. I think she is around 2200 reflex and mid 90s speed (before either Lia or meiran touch the ball and put her in the 110-120 speed range).

This time her reflex wasn't debuffed though. 2265 reflex is normal. That is usually enough when you stack that with Lias 30% reflex debuff for their line.

Steal damage is derived from the technique stat. 399 technique gives you a lot of base steal damage.

CM nera has carried me since march (people made fun of me for using her CM back then). She was good before, and the new meiran EE compliments her so well.

I prefer red reflex for it's pve application, lets Isillia hold the ball without risking having it stolen and lets counterattack every so often.

The extra defence from blue defence should never mean the difference between being OHKO and two or 3 shotted in PvP. That's what I think anyway.
