You should be able to do 1f frame links inconsistently the first day you try it. It's not really hand eye coordination. You just need to feel the timing. You can do 1f links without looking at the screen if you have the timing down.

A huge one was Hwoarang's LFS, 1+4 which in arcade TTT2 was really good.
