Yeah I know About Dreg's Promise but every other weapon class got multiple Exotics in TTK, why even have Sidearms if you treat them as 3rd class weapons. I mean it doesn't even have a Raid Drop.

As for a new one, how about an 8 round Solar Sidearm that leaves a stacking debuff, Reloading the Sidearm causes all the debuffs to ignite dealing Damage over time, and a super version of Spray and Play

It's not that I don't like the areas in the game, most are nice. It just seems a lot of the concept art focused on scapes of greater fantasy proportions (giant crashed ships in fields, snow storms and what have you) and some really interesting urban areas.

The designs of the armour, the cloaks and weapon designs (even those cool little ghosts) just hint at so much more. Imagine how good the story would be if there was a central plot to the tower where you investigate factions and your rep allowed you even more than just a few pieces of armour and weapons. Customising your character and guns, etc.

I realized Crowd Control can actually stack, it will say Crowd Control x2, If you have it on both your Primary+Secondary weapons. This happens when you land Primary then Secondary kills quickly. Get a special kill, CC procs, then get a Primary kill to get the CrowdControl x2.

Haven't experimented with this much, using Cc on big crowds of enemies would be the most useful. I think using SGA, a shotgun I have with Cc, and a Cc primary would be a fun build.

You really have to try it out for yourself, just look around, maybe Datto has some review guide on it. Or go bug a streamer using it in chat and see what they think. I personally like the Soft Ballistics because I like to aim down sights so Ill hit headshots for days with Soft > AG.

I understand the point of the gun is it us it hipfire but to each their own. You really have to try them out and find which one you prefer, they both have their advantages. Start out with AG though, see how you like that then switch to Soft and see if you prefer the range/handiling when hipfiring.

The factions sell them on the black market as drugs to fuel their own agendas.
The motes make regular people feel warm, pleasant, and invincible. It makes them feel like a guardian. It also gives them very very weak versions of guardian supers temporarily.
The guardians dont realize it, but the factions are feeding off of them, selling their Light as a drug.

The Trials chest (9 wins no losses) is going to be the only thing that may be difficult but sense you have friends it shouldnt be any trouble. You will need to boost your grimiore score if you want 100%. Run PoE each week and kill the bosses at the end to get their Grimiore cards if you dont already have them. Collect all the calcified fragments, get ready for a bunch of hard mode raids and challenge modes, exotic hunting, leveling up subclasses, pvp to obtain exotics and finish quests, and running old raids for grimore. Also look out for what mission is the daily because when its Paradox there's 3 hidden ghosts.

No, Oryx does not control it. From all lore we have access to, it's strongly implied that the darkness is a sentient individial and the most powerful being in all of Destiny. However, it can be bargained, traded or at least talked with. Titan raid gear reads: "Speak, and the Darkness obeys. Command, and the song turns upon itself. "

The darkness is probably the biggest mystery in Destiny right now.
