Some observations I noticed when watching CF Makoto. He keeps getting the max charge level 2 and level 3 whenever he wants, that tells me Arcsys did something to make it easier. He's unable to land a throw combo midscreen, I guess midscreen throw combos are hard. He didn't use Sirius Jolt even once. I don't know why.
